I did not realize a Pokemon artist did a Fate character. Honestly as someone who is a fan of both, Pokemon a little bit more since I've been with the series longer, I honestly love this. So the logic for why servants are considered a "child" or not is because it's who the servant summer Illya considers a kid, hence why things are weird sometimes like how Sitonai is considered a "Child" servant because she is Illya so Illya thinks, "okay so that is me, I'm a kid so obviously she's a kid too" in that case Illya is wrong because while Prisma Illya is 10 years old Sitonai is based on Fate/Stay Night Illya who is 18 and thus an adult, basically if summer Illya would consider a servant a child they are a child based on her skill.
