Hope you guys enjoy the video! First of many more to come. If you make it, be sure to tag me over on IG. And yes, the plaster is there because I cut my knuckle 😅
I love love love this. I love how you explain every tiny bit of cooking tips, that will be very helpful for a beginner like me, someone who has just started taking interest in cooking. Like the way to cut the onion, peeling the ginger, this small cooking tips are so insightful. So huge thanks!!
Oh Sam, You’re my new chef crush. I went to culinary school and have some skillz but you sir are a joy to watch and such a natural teacher. Can’t wait to try your take on poke, stat. Love the sushi rice recipe!
Love that you share the expertise of your cooking. This is what I’ve been waiting for. The shorts are fun, but Sam’s cooking class just opened. Sign me up! I can’t wait to see what you do next. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👩🏽🍳
@@The_untouchable453 Salmon and Tuna is different from other meat, because it can be eaten raw, as long as it’s been previously frozen, or it is fresh and high quality.
Omg I subscribed you for the shorts and it was amazing. But then you deliver a detailed guide and it is AMAZING. The amount of tips you have shown, in dicing the onion, properly cutting the avocado and preserving it. So many things I've learned. Great job and keep it up !
Great video! You really teach cooking perfectly. Unlike other people who go very fast you explain everything in an organized and detailed way. Great job! I'm looking forward to other videos like this.
I absolutely enjoy your videos and shorts. You gave so much clear instructions, do and don'ts, and so on. This is a well educated cooking. Please keep doing this everytime with all of your videos mate! This is how your level is different than any other regular chefs. I'm looking forward for another delicious dish of yours and will enjoy for the journey also! Best regards from Indonesia xoxo
more in line with a “california style” poke bowl, hawaiian bowl would be more squared ahi slices with limu (seaweed) and slice onions finely chopped garlic and sesame seed with thin chopped green onions with shoyu. 🤤🤤🤤
I love that you put your own spin on a poke bowl, it looks delicious. You should visit Hawaii some time and try an authentic one. Completely different experience!
Sam you’re going to smash 99% of other cooking channels with a mixture of long and short videos! Made your gnocchi for my gf the other day, amazing, and I don’t like gnocchi!
You look so talented! i wish could have that amazing gift because i had water on my mouth the result of the dish. i love sushi 🍣 🙂👍🏻 thanks for sharing
Daaaaaamn! Just finished eating it. Like to make sushi so I had all the ingredients and decided to give it a try. Somehow haven't had it before and wasn't expecting much. But man was I wrong. This was delicious. Added some radish, and used cashews I had handy. Money. Thank you.
Will make this recipe for my family 💜💜💜 Ps: I watched this video few times to make sure his cuticle is really there and now hoping he'll record and post his cuticle cutting process 🥲
Hi, as an almost graduated food scientist here, the lime juice helps to stop the avocado from browning not because of the antioxidants, but more because the acid in the juice denatures the enzyme (polyphenol oxidase) responsible for browning. Food looks good though!
Beautiful video always wanted to make my own Poke. I might substitute tuna for salmon though!!! Thank you so much for a beautifully detailed tutorial. 😁
