@hbgriss if you're in America, it looks like stuff you can pick up at H-Mart. If I'm feeling lazy I might just substitute it for togarashi instead but idk if chef approves lol
Yup I make the spicy powder blend myself with Korean gochugaru powder, cayenne, and chili powder. The recipe is up during the ingredients section. You can also use Japanese togarashi powder as well. Hope that helps!
