One of my faorite villains to play! There's one point late in this game when I get REALLY excited!
I did miss ONE Response right at the end of the game, which should have dealt me 2 damage...

Taskmaster is "free allies all you can eat"... Interesting and challenging scenario but not too diffucult. Awesome gameplay! Thanks for the video!

I think that was a huge mistake for this campaign because they're too powerful for their cost. Mutant Genesis "fixed" that with 2-cost captive allies. In my review I say that even if you're not playing Justice you need to in this scenario to fish out Captured by Hydra with One Way or Another! I got lucky that none of them were discarded as boost icons! This is the first and only of dozens upon dozens of games in which I rescued all four captives!

@@solomarvelchampion I usually play Taskmaster in 2 handed and wait and literally farm captive allies... I know, near a chore. Glad that FFG always refine the game. Can't wait the new mechaning of side missions on Age of Apocalypse.

Wow! All four? This should make Zola a nice cakewalk! Cool thing with Hawkeye is all those arrows are ranged so no retaliate from Zola!

I 100% missed that my bow gives my arrows Ranged, so in the Zola video I take some unnecessary Retaliate damage LOL! But yes, Zola AND Red Skull were a cakewalk ;)

great vid! @11:00 that sonic arrow was ranged, so I don't think you should have taken the retaliate damage.

Thanks! You're absolutely correct! I forgot that Ranged ignores Retaliate, but ALSO forgot that my Bow gives my arrows Ranged LOL. That makes me feel better (well... less-bad) about missing that last Response trigger!

@@solomarvelchampion I really appreciate the difficulty of playing the perfect rules game. I’m not a RU-vidr, but I almost feel like taping myself playing just so I can watch it back and see all the mistakes I make.

@@dynamicduke8119 I've gotten a lot better about NOT scrapping a video when I find a rules mistake. When I started the channel I would have re-recorded this when I found the missed Response at the end of the game! I try really hard to present a "clean" game, but it's easy to miss something and sometimes (as I did with Ranges vs Retaliate) I don't EVEN catch it in editing LOL.

@@solomarvelchampion you’re doing a great job. It’s impossible to be perfect. I also do Lord of the Rings, and I see rules mistakes in almost every video. It’s the nature of Board Games.

@@dynamicduke8119 I toyed with the idea of putting up an occasional LoTR video and recorded three games: Journey Along the Anduin, Watcher in the Water and The Battle of Lake Town. There were SSOO many mistakes that I deleted them and decided maybe I'd just stick to MC LOL.

Been enjoying the play through. Hawkeye is one of my favorite heroes to play. Curious, do you have a deck list for this deck? The link in the description doesn't have Hawkeye unless I missed it. Looking forward to the rest of the campaign.

I can't remember exactly what I swapped because I recorded these back in December.

Sadly in my run through I beat Taskmaster before saving anyone. I like this scenario a lot though . Well balanced IMO

Yep, someone else pointed that out. I COMPLETELY forgot that the bow gives my arrows Ranged LOL. Unfortunately, I ALSO forget this against Zola, so I take some Retaliate damage there too!
