I don’t know. I just came from a video comparing 600cc to turbo Harley’s and thought why not check out a busa running a Harley. The guy on th busa cannot ride either. I’ve seen stock busa’s run 8-9 seconds. It would cost an awful lot to get any Harley to make up 4 seconds in the 1/4. Plus the price tag to buy one new, I’ll stick with a nice car lol.

The hayabusa did let him get a head start. Its bracket racing the slower vehicle always gets a head start. The trick is to stay in your brackets time. If you break your time you loose.

The Harley won the first race, in case y'all didn't notice. In bracket racing, consistency is more important how fast you go. I didn't see the reaction times displayed, so can't say who cut the best light, but the Harley ran closer to his dial-in.
My 09 HD 883 XL has and will embarrass busas in the 1/4mi on a straight up ( no handicap) run. I have done it to two of them at the same time. The bewildered look on those busa owners face. Priceless.
@Mick Allen I bought it 3yrs ago. I do know it has had the camshaft and pipes ( drag pipes) have been changed. So the ECM has def been reprogrammed. I do not know if it has the jug out has been done. But most 883's can not hang with it. Also it is a XL ( extra light). But it is like riding a scary fire breathing dragon. Oh and I only weigh 155lbs. It gets only the best products when I maintain it.
That 2nd on actually did 17.40 in the 1/4 mile? That's slower than most slow poke econo cars. Even the Busa did 12.19, the Busa is a 10's bike, my bike will hit the high 10's. That was a silly race. At least the first one hit the 10's.

EVERY Harley Davidson owner thinks their bike is fast...then they get beat and cry themselves to sleep. It is amazing how many Harleys will rev up their bikes at lights and my ZX14R wastes them...then they start crying how their bike is a cruiser. If that is so...then don't rev your engine.
I stock Screamin Eagle Dyna s turn 9.6 seconds in the quarter mile and a 2021 Harley-Davidson Jim's 131 engine that makes more horsepower than my Dyna as it dinos out this year at 125 horsepower and 135 foot pounds of torque that's about 70 ft lbs more than a Hayabusa supercharged has ever made so you guys are in for a Big Thrill when you take on a brand new Harley
