Yes, they were in the boat, but we will put them on from now on. Thanks for the reminder. I shouldn't have left old habits rule. We didn't even own life jackets growing up and practically lived on the water. Nor did we have bicycle or hockey helmets or protective gear. I mentioned in another post we even went hunting with shotguns and 22's at age 10 and 12. Can you believe that? It was a way of life for us country folk. Kind of like the Beverly Hillbillies.

Sooner the better. I just looked at the date we started and it's a year on September 9. So we have 9 days to reach the goal. Better to be early though.
