great to hear a pro sportsperson talk openly about losing confidence. I clearly remember the period she describes. as a punter I was getting a few quid opposing her mounts in match bets (cant get them on anymore) on the sand tracks as it was clear she was taking horses out of tight spaces. brilliant effort to get back to where she is. well done.

As a sports trainer we train the athlete, not their gender. When one participates in any competition the last thing one thinks of is ones gender, ones employer, one's politics and if we left the kettle boiling at home. One competes regardless of everything in life but media like to play up non-sensical child-like importance of doing a trade like a sparky or plumber well. Racing is a glamorous side of being a tradie. As it is my pal gave Haysie a winning ride at Kempton or Sandown saying she was the perfect match. I am still running at age 73 so keep on enjoying the race course and race horse adventure...... maybe one day you'll wake up one morning, look out the window, chuck a sickie and find something else. All the best

A great lass I got a photo with her at Redcar not a problem with her then she rode a winner her only ride that day. went home dead chuft the other jockeys seem to really enjoy her company what I seen that day. She does not ride as much now days more the pity as she is a gooden.

I seem to manage to walk by plenty of guys everyday some days when I lack confidence I don't seem to land mouth first on their genitalia. What has confidence got to do with Adultery?
