I LOVE hearing how stable and healthy Paramore as a group is and her relationship with it. Also good job for your first interview, she was really receptive and you moved it along well :)
Ya know, it’s really great to know that she’s doing alright. Been a fan for the past decade, Paramore will always be in my heart. Hayley, your solo album is so beautiful. Never stop being yourself.
What makes me happy is that she throws out the point she has been in therapy and that without this album would have never seen the light of day. We might perceive her as a powerful figure and like she has it all together but she reminds me that its okay to be vulnerable and be in love with your broken parts because thats how you create something beautiful again. Thank you Hayley. Your record will strike a cord with many and if not yet, the time will come.
It took me a while to learn how to spell her name correctly. I wasn't sure if it was Hailie like Hailie Mathers (Eminem's daughter) or Hailey, but now my brain has got it memorized it's Hayley Williams lol 😁
Also I have not liked their lasts albums…but I still love their older stuff. Which is fine, people change and whatever. But her solo stuff is nice, her voice is so so soothing and beautiful.
It could get worse, it's not that bad at all. But i looked through some old pictures of her on google from around 2008. And she was a bit thicker or chubby, if that's not a bad word. Especially during the final riot tour. Like she was literally a baby. But anyway, i think she looks great no matter what.
I have been a fan of Paramore for 12 years and I love her voice, but I hate this album. I don't like even one song. I love their rock sound so much more. This poppy sound is just disappointing.
I mean... you don’t have to listen to it. Personally, I love a lot of songs on the album, and I also love the more rock-y sound of Paramore. To each their own, I guess.
I don't hate this album at all it just doesn't do it for me. Maybe i have to listen to it more often and trying to understand the music. But so far, it doesn't do it for me at all. I hope the next Paramore album will not be like Petals For Armor😅 i hope they stick to rock music.
I think she knew what might happen and hoped for the best. She said it was supposed to be for therapy and that, or any purposed art like that, can be very particular and easily disliked by others. Not my style, but I really hope it helps her and accomplishes what she needs it to. And I hope ppl are kind to her about it too.
