hi Ying, could you help me? my left haylou gt2, wont working. its got red light when its in charging case, but, wont turn on if i take it out of the case. I tried to leave it in the case for 24 hour, but still it wont turn on when i take it out. The right one is working fine. Do you possibly know how to fix it? Many thanks
@@yingNewton its still not working i cannot make the left to turn on. it gots red light when its in the case, then it will turn off, i thought it means the battery is full.. then i try to press 5 sec to put it on, but only the right will on, not the left thank you Ying
@@emasduapuluhdelapan1440 try factory reset take earbuds out from the case. hold both earbuds for about 15s after that ( LED will blink red and white three times twice). then, put them back to the case, then pair...
@@yingNewton i have tried that before, but it only works for a few minutes on the left buds to be functioning. then it shut off again. now i am back to charging it in case and power, as the left one still wont turn on again. do you think its broken?
I have a Haylou GT1 Pro headset. When the headset is in the box, the red light of the left earbud flashes. When I take it out, it goes off completely. The box is fully charged and I even tried to reset the headphones. The right earbud is resetting but the left one is not working. I tried everything but it didn't work. I got mad and bought it today.

So my haylou gt1 problem is the right buds had white light while in the case. But when i take it out it has no light at all. The factory reset is no use, the right buds basically don't budge at all when i touch it. Did anybody know how to fix it 😭
Okey I understand now. We need to transfer the main access to right bud . Is the right bud warm when charged in case connected to ac source? Or any reaction? Slight force push right bud when in the case.
