This young lady is so beautiful and inspiring. I love young people like this who have vision and drive. I wish her all the best in life. That woman, barbara ward, I bet if it were her kids or people in her social/socio-socio-economic group she would not be so compliant when it came to upholding those nutrition standards. She would not have kids eating that garbage on a daily basis. A lot of these people in those positions are shit human beings and only concerned about the bottom line.

How the hell that eight year old boy got to almost 200 pounds at such a young age? what was his PCP was doing? how was his primary doctor not refer him to a nutritionist?
Hopefully, Kybreea has learned the importance of animal protein and fat in keeping blood sugar and insulin down. Low carb vegetables are okay, but starchy vegetables and grains raise the blood glucose causing an insulin dump which causes more hunger. Animal protein and fat without carbs provide satiety and the material to build their growing bodies.
The only thing that makes you thin is going carnivore and eat fat , eggs , bacon and olive oil. I lost 25 kilos and my son lost 75 kilos in one year .Calories dont exist. You just have to put your insuline into sleep..
