That cable which came with package is a local optical cable. But I'm using it without any issue. So It's not a problem. But If you use a branded optical cable it's a better idea. But remember the local cable and original cable is very different. That different we can't feel when listening. Choise is yours I recommend to use original. Then you can satisfy with sound quality.😊

@@isharasandaruwan8480 I am not getting a 'click' sound when connected to optical like I get when connected to Tata sky. M using Amazon basics cable. Also there is no green light lit at D1, D2, D3. Is my device faulty? Anyone having same issue?

Optical and cauax work with same ic. So should be that ic is gone or not enough power. If you can open cover and replace ic may be I can help

This is a common issue with this decoder. It fails to adjust sound by itself. Will let you know a solution in future

No it's recommended 2A. Bt may be another failure. Try to replace power transistor

Yeah. Center reduce it's volume and rear increase it's volume. That affect from equalizer or surround in your input device. If you turn off surrounding on input device center and rear speakers will work in same volume. And If not balance your left and right channel, that reason will reduce center. Check your left and right input cable and connectors.

try dts option on your tv

Check your digital output devices. 1st of all optical and coax need to get a small signal to work. What is your input device? Check your device's sound setting dolby acess on or off. I'll do a new video keep me subscribe May be it will help you

Yeah it's a common issue

This cause your input problem. Try to use lossless quality cables for input. If not trying many times switching 2.1 and 5.1 and again and agin would be solve your problem...

Hi May be Digital decoding chip was burnt. Did you try my bypass in this video? If not working try to replace 8pin ic near optical input ports

Sure I think we don't need to make a video because we have a video check my channel. And you can select aux port to get surround. This decoder will decode stereo (left and right) to out 5.1 surround. Hope you understand And keep me subscribe. I planned to upload a video. On that I used aux cable to get surround may be it will be your answer 😊

Check your optical output device. And check caux port on decoder if caux port work correctly that means decoder's optical port is working check input device

Connect it to your amplifier then max volume in amplifier then if you can hear a noise from left and right it may be ic issue. If you can't hear q noise then power up amp ic which included 3 ic s in rush decoder

Try to disable dolby digital plus mode then problem would be solved. If not this is a common issue on this decoder I'm facing too. But sometimes I changed surround mode 2.1 to 5.1 and again and again. Then it could fine center speaker working correct. Try it. I'll inform you by a video if I find a permanent solution 😉

Try it. If not. You shoud try to replace 2 transistor inside the power button. Is it freeze? If it freezed you shoud replace ram.

There are 2 transistor together. Check it. 5v power directly connected to those transistors. Like power transistors. Replace it according to numbers and try.

@@gabrielcacgnr yes I'm mí case turns out that the usb extension cable that I was using to power the device was the problem. So I'd recommend to try with many of these, even working cables seem to cause problems.

Exactly decoder will decode only bass for subwoofer so it can make heavy bass. But th rca cable has small noises if cable too much long. It's better if you choose short and strong cable to connect subwoofer. I'm still using this decoder with rca cables and no problems occurred with sub. Hope you understand Subscribe for more videos😊

No bro. Short cables for better sound experience. Long cables reduce sound quality with noises. I recommend short cables

I can't understand this language but You are having low voice out on center speaker this is general situation cause your input analog signal left and right is different frequency check it or use optical. Then you will solve your problem. Don't bother this is a common issue on this decoder...😊

No BROTHER my main problem decoder to center speaker is low voice and surround back speakers is very very low sound .only front speakers is good sound. This is my problem back 2 surround speakers is very very poor sound

How to check frequency

This situation cause may be a mono audio? What's your input option? Aux or optical? If you are using aux. Check left and right channels. If those 2 channels once engaged together this problem is occurring.. so check it..

Check near your power connector. I Don't remember it's number.

Optical input from tv I have given the LEDs are switching to other channel as usual but the input port is not detecting by the circuit

It's your choice if you can return this item you can go for a best one. I recommend this option. But if you gonna buy another one by keeping your old decoder in your hand. Let's try to repair before buy

What is input method? 🤔 optical or aux? Shouldn't be coaxial

Change your power connector ports if it loose little bit it will cut power frequently... Or use another power adaptor 5v 2A If power adapter fails to gain power more than recommended it will reset... After this 2 fix if it happens again use a 5v 3A or higher power adapter..

Turn max input. If you control from amplifier(not from input or decoder) and still affect noise check your amplifier. Should be issue with amp. Check it. Or send me a short video to know me better about issure/ noise

If cauxial doesn't work spdif should not work because it has a same digital converter for both input. If aux working without digital that means digital drivers is gone. May be it can be a switch problem. Does the decoder switch leds with switch button?🤔
