Why my hotspot failed, no internet even already connect to device

Dear tell me. How can use battery ip camera without wifi setup in mobil. Recoding only through buttons

- Does it support automatic recording after AC cycle (Battery off -> DC connect) ? - Does it support Data and time recovery after AC cycle * w/o internet * ? - What is the video file format in the SD ? does it need conversion tool ? - Can it support full control and video view using phone app or PC web * w/o internet * ? - Can it support start recording 5 sec pre motion and 5 sec post motion detection ?

Mine no longer works like thi, few weeks ago, after i connected to BMxxxx, it will directly ask you to wifi configuration to connect home wifi. Now, the home wifi never appears, cant connect

reset button is not working, goes to the bin.
