I have the same issue. I have been leaving the buds in the case while plugged in the outlet. Havent been able to use them for weeks. I dont know the model name. Its black, 4 lights on the front facing view, and only lights on the earbuds. No lights turn on anymore
any help with the haylou t15s the earphones r fine but the case wont charge when i connect it to a charger it gives of the red light that it usually would when its working right. but it isnt charged at all once u take it off the port. !!?

My both earbuds are busted... They dont show any light when charging or idle. The charging case is okay but i dont remember droppoing any of these or ever put it on high humidity areas
Hi, I've tried everything on your channel to fix this problem but i can't. My left earbud charges perfectly fine and the case is also fine. My right earbud doesn't charge no matter what i do. i tried pushing it in, factory resetting but it won't work. could you help me?
I alrdy cleaned it both the case and earbud, I also tried pushing it inside the case while charging but my right earbud wont charge at all, it wont blink red when placed on the case. My right earbud is fine since it still has some battery left, I could turn off and reset it but it still wont charge. I also noticed that the lights on my charging case isnt as bright as they used to be, the lights look dim. Is it a problem with my charging case?
@@meiguang416 its short circuit and broken. The cause is either too much currenr and the resistance broke. High output charging adapter or probably the right bud was dropped accidentally with strong impact.
Can you help? Both of them are red when are in case. Every time Left one only works for 5-10 mins after that it is dead. I tried reset, cleaning everything I knew. What could be the problem?
Can you charge the earbuds together with the charging case for atleast 15 minutes? And observe if there's overheating in both buds? Added edit- Charged with ac source
@@yingNewton I did but nothing happened. So right now I'm draining its battery life and I'm gonna charge it again. So I'll update if something happened.
can you connect the cable into the ac source and case and see to if there's left light current flow , if the both buds no steady red led light, force push both buds into the case

My haylou gt1 pro case isn't showing lights even when I charge it, also the left bud isn't working anymore, it isn't showing any led lights or turning on
The right ear is not making proper contact, clean the two metal circle on the right earbud that makes contact with the two prongs in the right ear on the battery case. Ear wax and sweat causes this.
Hey buddy, can u help me with my problem, i had GT1PRO, but everytime i used it, the Left one just works 2-3 song, and then died, but if i put it in the case, its keep blinking with white led, what is the problem?
Blinking white led left bud alternately? the steady white light symbolizes full battery, but the left bud seems have problem with the abnormal current flow from case to bud. The led light shows also as a currently flow - result abnormal current flow. That's why the left but not working properly. Have you tried factory reset? hold both buds 30 seconds until red and white blinking 3 x ?
@@safriearrian The good new, battery case is working perfectly fine because it gives an output current to the bud. Left Bud problem, input current is abnormal, there must be issue with the resistance inside left bud cuz it keeps blinking even if it's full battery. We can't fix it in a DIY, but needs to have replacement of semiconductor in the left bud.
I have x1 model. When i put the earbuds in the case both blink. But right earbud is not charging. When i use them, right earbud has only 15% charge. Could you help me?
