Hi, I lost my GT1XR Case , but I have Case GT1pro from my previous purchase. I wanted to put my AirPods in them to charge, but the left side is completely off and the charging light does not turn on. I also have Case GT1 plus, is it possible to fix it or do I need by another? I will be grateful if you help me.

Is there a possibility that the earpiece is not charging well? I mean it lights and charge too but only for a few sec the red will turn white which means full charge right? It just drains so fast only after a 3-4 mins song. Is there a way to fix it? Thankss

hi! i lost my left earbud for a couple of weeks and i recently found it again. do you have an idea on why it might not be turning on? if it's in the case, it flashes red and white SLOWLY and the when i take it out, no LED's whatsoever and it doesn't pair up with the right bud. My GT1 1 pro right side earbuds not working suddenly. No light blink now when put into box and only faulty earbuds become very very hot after keeping 20-25 min..... why?

My left earphone suddenly stopped working while using it. Got super warm out of the case and doesn't pair or charge. I've never dropped it and use a charging brick with 5V - 1A output values. Any ideas? Also, I've dropped my right multiple times on accident and it's working perfectly, so I am very confused in regards to my left.

My left earbud can't connect to the right earbud and won't turn on, when i try to put it into the case the led light is not turning red as usual, but the right one works just fine, do you have solution?

My earbuds were normal last week, then from day to night my right side started to have battery problems, I keep it charging, the led its okay, but after a couple hours of charging I try to use it and after like 5 minutes battery is drained, but the left side keeps going for hours as normal. Mine worked a day ago then suddenly the left bud doesn't light up yesterday. Charged it in the case and its lighting white then stays red (while the right bud is white) before lights will turn off. Did the hard reset but it'll not show any lights blinking. So is it really broken? Huhu. I think I dropped it the other day but it was working fine after that. :(

Hi, my haylou GT1 the right side is not turning on there's no light, but sometimes when 1 tried ur tips to push down the buds while charging its shows lights for a while, but the buds become really warm and then it turn off again. Is there any possible way to fix that? Thanks

Hi, Mr. Ying! 🙂 I have GT1 Pro. Now the left earbud is not working. When it is connected to the charger there's a red light for about 3 seconds only and it will be out for 10 seconds, repeatedly. Then whenever you pull it out from the case, the light will go out and doesn't work. I hope you have suggestions to fix this problem. Thank you!

My Haylou GT1 Pro right ear bud is heating like crazy. Then it suddenly stopped lighting up and charging. I tried the fix videos you have and none of them work.

Please help me, instead of red lights on the earphones while charging, it shows white lights. I can't connect either of them to anything and sometimes, when not charging, the left one blinks and sometimes the right one blinks. I have tried multiple times to reset it but it still never works. Hi, can u help me? My case wont charge(no light) , but when I try to take the battery out, I think there's no prob with the battery(bcz when I connected the + and - cable it's cause sparks) , and I put it back again same thing happen, it won't charge.
