Simple solution that can be done to make your earbuds charging again.
What you need are:
1) 1 cotton bud
2) Alcohol spray
Procedure:
1) Spray alcohol to the cotton bud
2) Clean the copper connector of your earbuds and also the connector in the charging box with the cotton bud
Done and it should now be able to charge using the charger.
Hope it works with your earbuds. It worked for mine.

Cleaning method:
1. Please charge your Bluetooth earbuds according to the following steps
1.Please make sure the transparent protective stickers have been
removed from both earbuds.
2.Charging the charging case for 1 hour before use.
3.Take out the headset, put it in the charging case, gently press the
headset that cannot be charged, and activate the battery repeatedly.
4.Make sure there is no grime on the charging pins.
5.Please peel off the ear tips and put earbuds into the charging case
correctly.
6. Charge both earbuds using the charging box while the charging box also being charged
Troubleshooting not charging issue:
1. Put the earbuds back into the charging case
2. Press both earbuds at the same time for about 10 seconds, the earbuds will quickly flash 3 times (red, white and red), and then release the earbuds
3. Before searching for connection, delete the previously paired Pro Bluetooth device
4. Please put the two earplugs into the charging box, press several times to see if they can work normally
4. When resetting, the indicator light on the Bluetooth earbuds will flash
