{HD} [FULL FLIGHT] Hilo (ITO) - Honolulu (HNL) - Southwest Airlines - Boeing 737-8H4 - N8316H 

→ Join me as we make our 2nd to last island hop flight of this Hawaiian adventure on Southwest Airlines! This routing will take us from gate 5 in Hilo and out to runway 8 for departure. After tearing out of Hilo, we make a long, sweeping left turn, in which we get an amazing view of the east side of the Island of Hawai'i. We climb out past some thin clouds and reach cruise at 26,000 feet. As we head off into the sunset, only the highest points of the islands poke out above the layer of clouds, as seen in the thumbnail. A short while later, we begin our descent into Honolulu's runway 4R. As we make the turn to final, the gear come down and we touch O'ahu pavement once again. Since Southwest's gates are kind of remote, the taxi is very short. We set the brake at gate G7, where this flight comes to an end. As always, all the flight information can be found below!
