(HD) Senbonzakura (Vocaloid) - Taiko no Tatsujin: Tokumori! Wii U 

The Taiko games back in the 2010s and earlier had more liberties with in-game collaborations with other copyrighted content, the biggest one being Miku. My guess is as generations changed Bandai Namco might have gotten more limitations with how often they can display the characters and how many of them under the original creator’s permission.
