I just got my feelworld f6 plus whenever i hit the play option so as to play the recorded video it doesn't play from the feelworld monitor and my camer screen goes off. I used the lumix gh5, pls how do i solve the issue?

I don't have my camera with me at the moment but I thought you playback on the external monitor just by hitting the up button on the rear camera wheel.

I use a feelworld monitor as well. But the F5pro. It‘s pretty sad that the waveform can‘t be output over hdmi. But other than that an external monitor is really helpful.

Oh I haven't used that version, is the waveform on that monitor not very good?

@@stevelitton The F5pro has no internal waveform. I was hoping to output it from the GH6 over HDMI when I bought it.

@@MrTifoso31 Ah that's a pain. I think some of the HDMI settings on the GH6 are a bit of a work in progress so 🤞 for some firmware updates.

i have the lumix s5 and feelworld fw568, how do i make the monitor show my camera infos such as shutterspeed and whether if i am recording or not? Thanks!

When I have 'info display' switched on (shown here 9:50) it will just show up whether it is recording or not. But I believe the ability to show some of that information was introduced in later cameras. But I don't have the S5, so I can't be 100% on whether it supports that unfortunately.

lol using the Raveneye, it removes the settings on my gh6 and then the screen is puny on my gimbal. LOL I can't see the bloody settings, the shoot yesterday was annoying as hell hah Why is info display OFF, turn it on? does anyone at Panasonic even use these cameras in real shooting settings, lol non of that makes sense. TURN IT OFF TO TURN IT ON.

Ah no I didn't think about that, that must be really annoying. How is Raveneye? I really want to try that out! It's a very odd omission from the camera, I am hoping it's on their firmware roadmap to fix that 🤞

I have a problem with the Lilliput A5 monitor connected to the GH6. Sometimes the framerate become extemely low on the external monitor (seems like 15 fps), but only while the GH6 is recording. If the recording stops, the framerate on the monitor turns to normal. I apparently can't find a reason for this, turning off and on again the camera can fix the issue. But everytime I turn on the camera and external monitor, I don't know if the problem will be back again. I've done lot's of test with the camera settings, but the problem has no apparenlty clear origin. The only way to "fix" this is to turn on the HDMI sound output, but the latency becomes terrible on the external monitor. I have body firmware 2.2 Edit: I've just discovered another way to "fix" the problem without turning off the camera. Record a clip in VFR mode and then return to standard 24p mode to make framerate issue disappear. This problem is going to make me crazy.

Hi, I don't have that monitor, so I can't replicate the issue. It sounds like the issue is only happening in VFR, what frame rate are you shooting in VFR? It may just be that your monitor doesn't support the frame rates you are trying to capture.

@@stevelitton I've done a video to demonstrate the issue: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OFvHl4PWNKQ.html The issue appears when shooting c4k in 24p (switching to VFR and then returning to 24p solve temporarely the problem). I've done the same test with another HDMI monitor, and the issue is still present, so I think the problem is related to the camera or...to the cable HDMI used. As some people have suggested, I may need a "ultra high speed" HDMI cable (Panasonic says this too in the GH6 user manual). I should buy one of these HDMI cables and hope to solve the problem. I'll let you know if you are interested.

Can info display be a custom button to turnn on and off for when using a recorder like tripod work so no need to look under monitor to adjust like ss and iso? Thank you

Hi sorry, this comment was in the 'held for review' queue for some reason. No unfortunately you can't do that as it is part of the HDMI menu, so not directly accessible but you can add the HDMI menu itself to the MyMenu area.
