I really love his deep, rich bass voice. But what is more impressive is his flexibility. He can switch his vocal tone from bass to baritone to tenor, he even has a very strong falsetto. He is also flexible in terms of genre. His voice fits pop, rap, rock, metal, ballad, standard, even gospel😊 #FELIP_MovingCloser #SB19_KEN

For me, though Felip is his real name (Ken is his nickname), Felip is just a persona, swag and rockstar vibe and all. Ken is the real him - child-like, goofy, unassuming, honest (sometimes too honest for his own good), sweet, the guy every mom would like to have for a son and every lady would want for a bf. 😊 I don’t think he will leave SB19, especially now that all of them own their company 1Z Entertainment. Having a solo endeavor every so often allows him and his brothers to delve into their musicality that they cannot do so as SB19 members, aside from generating more fans for SB19 if, say, as solo artists they get noticed by non-A’tin. Ken himself said “I love my brothers. I will die as an SB19 member.” So there.
Regardless of what you decide to call him - Ken or Felip - he remains true to himself. He embodies everything you've come to know about him and more. However, please don't make the mistake of thinking that Felip is just a stage persona. Through Felip, he can pursue his true passion for music and chart his path towards success. In essence, Felip allows him to be his best self.
@@FRUITSALAD77 Persona because he likes to project “angas,” which goes with the rocksta image, and which he actually has in doses, so I don’t mean he is just pretending when he puts on the swag aura. Like he said , “Swag is important.” But the actual Ken surfaces every time - the funny, lovable, “baby” personality - even when he is on his “angas” mode, and it doesn’t take much to bring that out.☺️
@@gigicalub yes po, I get what you mean hehe. What I'm trying to say naman po is he is maangas as much as he is a babie. That's who he is whether he's performing as Felip or as Ken, maangas siya. When he's not performing (behind the scenes), kahit sa solo event niya or sa group event, lumalabas pa rin babie side niya. Yung sa Felip as a solo artist nga lang is he has complete autonomy sa career niya which means na papakita ang tunay na Ken or Felip, whatever you wanna call him.

He has a reputation for being highly or most biased. He manages to maintain a sizeable fan base both as a member of the group and as a solo artist but i dont think he'll be leaving his group anytime soon. Plus, the fans of the group would hate to see him leave the group. I'm just happy he gets to pursue a solo career while being part of sb19.
@@mrscitrine3592 in all honesty, I may be biased but I believe he still has the potential to go global whether he remains with sb19 or not. But this guy is quite loyal and knows how to look back and to show appreciation to everyone who helped him be who is right now. I think, aside from being a part owner of 1z, he'll stay because he wants to stay.

He and his group have been through a lot and they are working as a group to reach a goal to spread Filipino music and they have not reach that yet and the important part is he is happy being in the group.

@@FRUITSALAD77 I remember I saw them in Los Angeles for their Wyat concert last year and I really have to give Pablo such high praise he is a genius at bringing in and highlighting his members strength. Last year I feel Ken didn’t shine as well. Ken’s growth from their last album to now is impressive . Pablo have used and challenged Ken to use and embrace his voice and he has given him such great lines in all their pagtatag songs. That is why I think Ken being in sb19 has been so helpful to him being able to work on his own solo songs. His groupmates have supported him and he is happier really. You can tell in his coming out more of his shell but content enough when they are together as sb19 to let the others do the fan service and be spokesperson. I know he loves to perform but I think he doesn’t especially like all the attention so sb19 is like his safe place where he can be himself and not his “rockstar” persona. So I hope his ot1 fans continue to support him in his group as well and it does make me sad when people especially new fans who have only seen him be the solo act he is doesn’t realize the magnitude importance of sb19 as a group to each member and to really the whole Ppop world and maybe I am bias. I love Felip and support his music but I am forever in love with the genius lyrics that makes sb19 songs the best and that is thanks to Pablo who is happy to let his sb19 members shine

What's interesting about SB19 is that they never stop dreaming big and going after their dreams. In an interview Felip said he would die an SB19 member. With that said, they are all owners in 1Z Entertainment, the company they formed when they left ShowBT. I'm sure they all contribute to it's success, both in hard work and financially. Each member has their own taste in music and talents and have the ability to express it in their solo endeavors. Stell was a coach on The Voice Generations and won the competion with his group vocal mix along with doing other colabs with Disney! Justin seems to have asperations in directing and has been the creative director behind many of the SB19 MV'S and concerts. Pablo, Josh and Ken have written and produced most of their solo catalogs. What holds them together is the brothership as SB19. Five guys coming from much different backgrounds that seem to all have the same dreams and goals!
Felip has put out the most number of solo music compared to the rest of his sb19 brothers and his swag and rockstar power cannot be denied but I don’t think they all have to do solo song projects . I think they have different interest. For example, I think Stell would do well with hosting, collabs, getting more into showbiz and he was a hit being a judge on voice Philippines. I love all the boys and support them in all their solo endeavors but I became an Sb19 fan because of their music and how it speak to me. I guess I am just a sucker for absolute genius lyrics. As the main composer and producer, I think Pablo is showcasing his talent this way and have only put out one solo song. Ken has said Over and over that he will remain an sb19 for life and he and any of the members would be missing out if they go solo at this time. Sb19 is on the cusp of world stardom. What they bring on the table as a group can never surpass by one member’s solo career at this time. They are just pure magic together
Those who say that Felip should leave the group may not know how KEN started with SB19 for them to say that. Or if they know, they are suggesting selfishness because SB19 made KEN & KEN made FELIP. Without SB19 there's no FELIP. And also you may like KEN mainly because of his unique voice but don't say that he's the BEST because some people may not agree. For me they are all the best in their own way or craft. I love them all (MAHALIMA). But if I gauge each member's contribution to their success, I would say it's Pablo. So would you or everyone agree with me if I say PABLO is the BEST? 😉

Have you reacted to Pablo's or Josh solos???......I love Ken/Felip, dont get me wrong.....but SB19 cannot be where they are now if not for PABLO'S songwriting skills, JOSH's rap prowess, STELL's high notes, Ken's deep voice and JUSTIN's personality and creative mind.
