He is treated like trash, they betrayed him, they humiliated him, they blamed him and he came back like this! The strongest hero! Anime: On Comment Section
That ending felt so true, the MC really is the only ‘hero’ out of the four. Everyone was against him, but he still fought for the people. He made mistakes, but he’s only human. Would love to listen to more of this.
To those people who want to watch this AMAZING anime: fair warning, the first few episodes are rage inducing. Get through the first three-four episodes with gritted teeth. You will NOT be disappointed.
broooo, this is the first ani cap i was actually getting frustrated with, you’re like the kid that has to write a 300 word essay and just kept repeating the scene in like 4 different ways
@@erwin4164sure but dude spent legit 10 minutes quadruple/quintuple repeating the scene of the forced fight between shield and spear hero to "free the oppressed demi-human slave girl"
imo season 2 felt pretty too rushed, half the episodes of the 1st season and covering a good amount of material too, it felt like some things weren’t explained enough, and Spoiler: ||naofumi losing raphtalia in the midpoint of the season felt like absolute BS, no explanation why other than dumb choice for the sake of a little more fan service when they first transferred into the other realm. Originally, she was separated in to L’arc’s group, not even being in the prison in the first place. Much better explanation and no need for the stupid reason why she just charged into a dangerous situation and got separated.||
I forgot how much of an emotional roller coaster this series is. I need to get caught up. Season 1 is a real tear jerker. Even as he changes, I can't help but feel bad for him because we watch him struggle. Even when he begins to skyrocket, he suffers so much. It's easily overlooked because of his power, but he's actually suffering through all of that. And, despite his shattered world view, he continues working towards doing the right thing for the world that betrayed and sabotaged him from the start. Watching a good person erode even in triumph is tough.
30:00 It’s rare for one of these vids to bring me to tears, but for the guy to FINALLY have a true believer in his innocence to the point he pulls back from the edge of becoming an enemy to the world? After all the ways this new world screwed him over? Yeah, you got some tears out of me. Man could only take so much. All the games they played were rigged against him to the point they call him a cheater for even breaking even, and they are almost correct. Makes me wonder if shield heroes in the past were always treated badly, or if there’s some deeper reason for the hate…
I actually cried when I first watched this anime series the pain he went through is too harsh, I had to rewatch it here because it's just too good. I can't wait for the next season, who knows when they'll release
Just an FIY, a heck of a lot of stuff (mostly side-stories) got axed in the transition from light novel to manga starting from Glass' world and S2 skipped maybe half of the already truncated manga material. If you liked the anime that much, you may want to read the LN for the uncut version... then again, knowing how much stuff got skipped in the manga and anime may make it difficult to appreciate S2+. S1 was great.
It is true naofumi had every right to murk all of them to the ground yet he still let both myne and the king live I get that the king was being manipulated by myne but he let myne live too! Ren, itsuki and kitamura better be grateful, cuz iwatani kill them any second The show did end losing its intensity after the first season
This recap of The Rising of the Shield Hero is through Season 1 Episode 12. There is 25 episodes in the first season, 13 episodes in the second season and is supposed to have 12 episodes in the 3rd season (only 6 on crunchyroll as of November) which just dropped in the US beginning of October 2023.
The special powers of the other heros are like: Thunder sword! Thunder arrow! Lightning spear! Meanwhile our need to activate his powers is funny for me cause it's like *GET FUKKEN ANGREY
Wait, so his younger brother is in the house too. And would have been nice to know that fact. When the actual anime was being watched, it just looked like there was just an empty room of computer screens on. I thought he lived alone
@@JadeTheProtogen1 I’m not sure if that’s actually true, or what a lot of media has simply called hybrid animals they make up. A traditional chimera is made of specific animals, I thinkkkkkk. Like I’m prettyyyyyy sure there are different names for certain combinations.
@@thedyingmeme6 just use high dps melee with life drain ability couple with support classes, good use of stun and dot abilities make it normal I hate tanks and healers class so I make work around strategies but healer are still required
Anyone who hasnt i strongly recommend reading the light novel. It got me way more pissed off then the anime did because the anime skipped alot of stuff that painted the full picture of how bad they all really are
