Islam have 124,000 prophets that came after Adam and Eve duh? to guide humanity and Muhammad Peace be upon him was the last messenger of God on him all of the knowledge from previous scriptures like Torah and Gospel is summarized and God also took the responsibility of Quran's preservation and as you can see after 1500 years you can find several version of bible and Torah but Quran is only one. And if you read Quran then at the start Muslims are not even addressed, God mentioned mostly Christians and Jews because coming of Prophet Muhammad was mentioned in their scriptures. Islam is not a new religion that was invented. Previously God send prophets for particular country or region for example Prophet Moses was sent to people of Israel and Prophet Loot was sent for people who were Homosexuals etc
