Brad grew up watching his siblings play Banjo and Kazooie. He absolutely loved watching them play. It was his favorite game to watch!
Unfortunately, he was unable to play because he's not able to use a standard controller due to his disability. He would sit on the sidelines and give them suggestions as they played.
Fast forward 20 years! ⏩⏩⏩
NOW thanks to advancements in technology he's able to relive his childhood by PLAYING his favorite game!
🤔How does he play?🤔
1) Using the Xbox Adaptive Controller: bit.ly/3Q2oLJx
2) Logitech Adaptive Gaming Kit: bit.ly/3Oq7yIs
Brad uses 2 head switches programmed as JUMP and ATTACK!
Dan controls all the other buttons
Together they play as one controller thanks to an Xbox Accessibility feature called "Co-Pilot"

I love Banjo Kazooie!! That's one of my favorite games too, the sound effects alone bring back so many good memories. I'm so glad Brad gets to finally enjoy his own playthrough!!

Microsoft is a soulless corporation but I give them credit for their adaptive tech. They seem to be at the forefront of adaptive tech for people with disabilities. It’s really awesome to see. Banjo is looking good on the new x box too.

They are finally coming out with video games that you and I can play, Bradley! A company called Naughty Dog has released a game that is accessible for the blind and visually impaired. It is called the last of us. There is an accessibility option that speaks what you have to do. Have you ever played that game?
