SO GLAD YOU TRIMMED HIS BEARD! IM ALWAYS DYING TO TELL MEN TO KEEP THEIR BEARDS CLEAN, NO MATTER HOW LONG THEY ARE. WOMEN LOVE KEPT UP BEARDS GUYS! IT LOOKS VERY HANDSOME. The biggest problem I have with men with long hair is they don't take care of it or they don't know how to, so it tends to just look ragged. When men cut their long hair off, they always look better, more clean and masculine.

Im a sikh. I had my first haircut when I was 22. It felt so awkward and yet so releasing to go from wearing a turban to have the wind flow through my hair. 17 years have passed. I feel what this man feels when his hair is being cut.

I am a female. I hate going to the hairdressers. No idea how I found this but what a revelation. His informative. Love the skills. I wish those skills were available in female hairdressers. Love it.

Hate going to a salon, too. No one ever listens or takes the time to really learn about your hair. They just get involved with their own egos and preconceived notions about the latest trends and how to upsell you, and you end up miserable and broke! Having a stylist as involved and empathetic as this guy would be heaven.

There's a weird phenomenon even in women where long hair starts to make you look really old. I just asked my husband if I entered that stage yet and he said no...lol This guy was definitely experiencing it. He looks SOO much younger now. This cut really works for him.

On the contrary, I find that women start cutting their hair shorter and shorter as they get older which does in fact make them look older. With regards to this man's case he looks way better now.

Shorter hair is easier to take care of and as we get older, our hair gets thinner and drier. It is better to go shorter if you can't take care of it. You look older just like this guy did despite not being old. His hair was frizzy, dry and the grays were overexaggerated because of the long hair. Same thing happens with women who don't dye their hair.@@nunocorreia3253

That's a precision haircut that was executed to perfection in every way. As a previous poster noted, once the gray comes in, it can make you feel and look older. This cut takes years off the client and highlights his features. The beard is the perfect length, too.

Even the dog couldn't believe it lol, his little girl was just freaked out by the big change, she'll love it eventually because her dad looks so handsome. So glad they decided to trim the beard a little more, it completed the whole look nicely, and Dan's hair is looking good! 🙂👍

Oho I had such a laugh, when the fellow said "I've never had pony tails before" (as his hair was divided to two sides and put in ponies- to cut for hair donation)... :). OMG he is so much more handsome with the awesome hair cut! Love it! Also, YES THE BEARD TRIM MADE SUCH A DIFFERENCE! Even the tiny mustache trim to show the lip, divine!
