For the allergy test, I’ve gotten it down a few different times. It’s not too bad, it does itch HELLA but they put a fan blowing directly on my back and it helped sooo much. If they don’t offer a fan, if Jake goes with you then maybe he can bring a portable fan or fan you with papers.

nathaly allergies don’t have to do with acne! If you want to know why you may have acne, there is a different test that you have to take for food intolerances which analyses your blood stream! Also, as you mentioned dairy are huge factor that cam cause acne! So you can test it yourself by limiting or cutting down dairy products and see the results. Hope that helps✌
Omgg you guys are back !!! also Nat I got an allergy test and I promise you it does not hurt it feels like they are pressing a lego on ur back that’s the best way I can explain it’s super easy and painless .
I live in Canada so the allergy tests are covered w insurance but I have allergy tests every year on my arm for like natural stuff like pollen and it’s not really needles like those flue shot needles, it doesn’t hurt but yeah it gets itchy when your allergic but they do give you soothing cream. I do think it’s worth it to find out what your allergic too but fs find a good place that can give you some “healing” lotion or sm
I got allergy tested in September because I have severe eczema and I was desperate. The needles were not bad at all. I had no idea there were going to be so many needles. I had my entire back stamped BUT THEN the ones that did not react a lot I got put into my arms as actually syringe needles. Not even kidding over 20 each arm! That was way worse than the back. The itch, not bad, they even put some itch cream to help. Not sure if this is the same for each clinic but my allergist only tested me for stuff like grasses, molds, dust. She told me the food testing is not very accurate just bc the testing looks for a anaphylactic reaction (“right away” reaction) and bodies could react bad to foods over a length of time. For examples, tomatoes could do you bad but your body won’t show physical symptoms until a week later. And so after getting tested she told me I could take an allergy shot once a month for three years to grow immunity and basically I won’t be allergic anymore. So for me, one of the biggest things I am allergic to is dogs. But she and my dermatologist both said it probably won’t help my eczema and I am so confused on what to do. So crazy you brought it up tho bc it is what I am going through rn. It is just so expensive and I really wanted to wait for the new year to pay for the shots but it is so expensive😢

There are about 2 pints in a liter. One pint is not as big as you would think. There are 2 cups in a pint. If you've ever baked before, you know how big a cup is.
15:31 Nat,I had I took an allergy testing thing before and it’s not as bad as it sounds the needles isn’t even sharp. And even if you were allergic, they would give you cream, so the allergic reaction would stop.
Hi, I use to work at an allergist office. Testing is not bad. It’s not actual needles they are plastic prongs that have antigen on them of different food or environmental. The doctor should take a history and if you’ve ever had an anaphylactic reaction to any food they will not test for it in the office. Depending on the level of reaction to it the doctor can send for blood work to test/confirm for allergies. This is when he would include any foods you had anaphylactic reactions too. Also you will only have a food challenge in office if your scratch test or blood work results were low. They will not have you consume food if they know you’ve had a severe reaction or tested high for it.
The allergy test is not that bad at all! It just pokes you, it doesn’t feel like a stab or anything at all. The itching just kind of tickles but they give you cream right after but the only scary part is if you have to use the Epi Pen since that needle is thicker
