I‘m maining ball currently and he can still slap, but he requires an immense amount of awareness and people love to counter pick tanks rn and the heals are going crazy so you can‘t do much on your own in a few scenarios which means that your dps really needs to support your dives. I don‘t think ball needs too many buffs but they should instead reduce OP abilites that prevent enemies from dying

Ball is by far the best stats now, but not for 5v5 as yeatle said. I also like to play ball, though feel super tough when ball is on my team. I believe ball comp is like 4DPS meta in GOATs era, so only variable options are phara/echo-mercy, sombra/tracer, or kiriko if we wanna win seriously. There’s no other option especially for supports because the other hero equals dead before the game happens.

watching chazm is enjoyable, playing against ball is not, well at least not fun for me. i just suck though. i understand why ball needs a buff but i still dread saying that. i think all tanks suck rn though anyway, every dps just keeps getting damage buff healers get mroe buffs. tanks not that many changes. zarya's bubble cd has changed like 3 or 4 times now
