Fun fact: iPhones don’t have pop ups or anything that say you got a virus when you got a virus, so for the people that watches certain things and you get a screen saying you got a virus, it’s fake to try and scan you to download an app and recommend you don’t click anything or do anything it says.
@@Halo_wood it’s still a trick, when you go on dangerous websites when you click something it sometimes clicks another thing and when you exit out of the website it exits out of the other one, so it may have given you multiple. But as I said. DONT CLICK SHIT
That screen seems like a scam… “your phone has a virus”, I’ve seen it so many times, and every time I reset the page, it went away, and I have no virus
Please note! This might of not been a virus at all, sometimes when viewing things of safari (if he was on that) stuff like that and other apps that are un-verified apps do give pop ups to random websites saying that you have a virus.
@@sssnti4557 it’s the same thing for Google, it just redirects you to a page with a random number generator and says something like “click this button to clean your device”
I really wish you open up a branch in India.....the people who repair here are mooching us off and taking our phone parts and replacing it with fake ones after the repair 🤧
If you get a virus on you phone there are ways to get rid of it like clearing your browsing history, resetting your phone, backing it up and if all fails then do a factory reset it will clear everything on the phone including the viruses
If it popped up on safari google or any search thing saying like critical alert, multiple viruses detected, damage imminent. Don’t worry, your iPhone won’t tell you if you have a virus. When you access websites that aren’t confirmed with the search website it might give you a pop up like that. The company only wants you to sign up and pay. The way you see if you virus has a phone is if your battery drains faster then normal, random things are clicked when you don’t click them, or pop ups appear out of nowhere.
This is a very confusing video because apparently the support agent is fixing a fishing website by going to the calendar. Those are two different vectors for annoyance. For the record, none of them is a virus. You don't really get viruses in iOS, for a lot of reasons. Primarily of course the permissions what you do get are annoyances. The first type are like what we see in the beginning of the video where your phone will pop up with alerts and dialog boxes that say you've been infected. You haven't been infected. You're just on a bad website. All you do is close the tab. Clear the history and you're good to go. The second type is like what he fixed and those are calendar spam. Sometimes if a website tricks you into clicking the wrong thing, you will subscribe to a calendar and that calendar will be filled with alerts that pop up every hour and letting you know that you're infected or that hot singles are near you. And to fix that. Yeah you just go into the calendar settings and remove it. But this video crosses the wires and shows the first problem and the second solution
To anyone that doesn’t know, that pop up is not real. They tell people that they have viruses to get downloads and pay for apps that likely don’t work. So if you see that just ignore it

That does not look like a virus. That is a pop-up designed to scare people into downloading an app. If someone says their phone was hacked when it is a pop-up, it means the person got tricked into thinking their phone is hacked.
