@@Sensei_gojo If you think about it for more than two seconds you'll realize that's not a good idea. Nobody, literally nobody can tell if people are cheating 100% of the time. We can't trust the judgement of random gold player number 48 or random diamond player number 108 or actually anyone. Even Flats can't say for sure sometimes and that's with a literal POV replay. We would just end up with everyone cheating because everyone else was cheating first. Every game will be players just waiting for something slightly sus so they can have an excuse to bust out the aim bot. Then someone notices them cheating and starts cheating to counter them and then someone else starts cheating to counter them and every single match is just 10 cheaters.
Naw their report system does the job for them. I was able to play about 20 matches on a brand new account while raging before getting banned. They appear to have some sort of hardware flagging system in place as well. They don't ban you if you get banned multiple times, but they do flag you. You can create more accounts, but if someone reports you for cheating after being flagged, you get insta banned. Spoofing hardware ID's makes that all irrelevant though.
Happened to me last nigjht. Ran into a 3 stack that was cheating. Then halfway through the match one of my DPS leaves the match. I thought they rage quit but I was wrong they came back and locked Widow. Next thing I know he's literally taking out their whole team. Went back and watched the replay and he was definitely cheating when he came back. So yeah we've officially devolved to the point of "If they're cheating I'm gonna cheat too!"
@@AB-fh9zh What's going on in Overwatch is still at least at the helm of humans, the second entire teams are made of "players" using the same name as one another, is when you'll know it'll be at the helm of bots.
Man I played a game yesterday with a friend and he had his kid online. We were trying to teach him a couple characters in quick play so he can play with us. Go figure in the first game, we faced a basic skin widow cheater with a permanent mythic skin mercy pocket. We ended up winning because the cheaters had zero game knowledge and were relatively easy to deal with for an experienced player. However the game was unplayable for my buddies kid, every time he tried to take objective or participate in fights he would get head clicked and sent back to base, these cheaters are fucking pathetic.
@@samhamwich518 I've literally only seen one cheater get banned mid game and it wasn't even the worst cheating I've seen on flats' channel. I'm talking about the bastion on parisio. It was bad but it had nothing on the aimbotting spin botting widow n cass
@@Luciferthekingofpurgitory I have been hard cheated on multiple times. They have never been banned for it and I never got my SR back. If they are cranked, they should be banned instantly. If it is closet I can understand it but blatant cheaters should be banned straight away. The biggest detterent is simply not being able to play the game. Make them play the 50 qp wins then ban them on their first comp match. Keeping them in the pool so they don't know what they got detected for is valid UNTIL people are abusing this and playing for 2 months rage hacking the entire time.
I'm waiting for the arcade game mode that automatically turns on aimbot for everyone, just so Blizzard can test it out and see if it should be implemented in QP and comp too
No, they should be asking themselves why they continue playing. It's obvious at this point nothing can or will be done about them. This is the problem with a f2p model. Making cheaters pay for the game multiple times is usually enough to make them stop
@@SebastianThebravenot really when you can just buy accounts for any game... People cheat on COD (multiplayer) and that costs $100 brand-new or they can buy stolen steam/blizzard accounts with the game for like $20
The Cheating Meta? Most likely cause I would not be surprised if some cheaters only do it cause either "Oh well these people are doing it so I guess I will" or just use the fact that other people are cheating to do it. Well that or these people are just assholes for the sake of being an asshole, It's usually that when it comes to cheaters
@@SilverKnight4970Mfer never even try to get good at the game I really don’t think it’s that hard to aim without cheats like I can hear hero’s just predict where they’ll be I haven’t played a lot but I can be a fairly decent teammate 🥲
@@SilverKnight4970 you can easily look up cheats on youtube or anywhere and just buy them np. It's minimal effort on the cheaters end to access and use this stuff. Fortnite, CoD, Overwatch, CS, any competitive shooter has these people. The devs just clearly have no answer to the problem across multiple companies so cheaters run rampant and the corpos/devs just gas light us into thinking something is actually being done, when in reality nothing has changed. They are always multiple steps behind the newest cheat software.
It is very annoying that cheaters can actually decide how much % aim lock they want. So, if the player is a diamond+ level, it is not that noticeable. They are good chances that we lost matches believing to be diffed when it was just cheaters with low % aim lock.
tbf, it doesnt really matter, if youre not playing in top 500, then those people are still being held back by something and with a low % their aim is probably only slightly better than most people there. I'm not saying cheating is okay!!! just you shouldnt get caught up worrying about it, because ultimately their cheats are artificially boosting them, but theyre only matching whatever rank they ended up in.
@@SecureBirch410 mmm i am playing in high ranks and recently i saw many of them not only in ranked but in qp too. With a coordinated team we can punish them but if we aren't they will be able to win and make the game miserable. And i am pretty sure that they can set it on something like 50% and it's not noticeable while still very effective. But what worries me is all the players that are not educated on this and just accept to lose against discrete cheaters, completely unaware. That is very frustrating to me.
Woah, i think i actually recognise the korean letters guy! I think it was from a Frogger stream, people in gc were hackusating him then too. Can't remember much more than that, but I'm fairly certain it's the same guy
Im not gonna lie I totally get caught up in this "Well he heard him" type of arguments cuz im not gonna lie i fuck around alot in ow2 and do very similar shit as BM. Like fully standing still just going full confidence on someone peaking a specific angle or like the zen completely prefiring every corner type shit. Its just the consistency with it working for these people that really puts it together for me. I might hit that confident angle hold 1/10 times but this dude does it almost every time.
Honestly I respect Flats for slowing down and explaining why he thinks they're cheating. I'm kinda slow and I wouldn't probably figure it out by myself so i know what to look for now :D
I ran into a dude named XimmyNeutron and in the beginning he put "I have poopie in my pants" then proceeded to kill everyone with mostly head shots. We called him out but nothing. He would track me through the walls as I would fly. And he was quick to turn around and kill us with head shots. He was Ash, then Cassidy. He had default skins for both. Then at the end he had the audacity to say ez😂
17:04 the venture breakdown really just reminds me of how good overwatchs sound design is. It's what i still love about playing even as a support. Being able to remember hearing a Cassidy's footsteps behind you and getting yourself safe. Even if I die in the end, i get a little satisfaction when I notice something, even if everyone ignores my ping, *I* caught it and i can die happy about it.
Same thing happen to bastionmain, vulture, and mace2theface but they were able to talk to the person who turned on cheats after someone else was using cheats in the same lobby. The video is on vultures channel.
Yea you can remove a ban and it’s still fairly easy to do. Every single cod before like 2018 simply you just take the ban folder and drop it in the trash that’s why I stop playing for leaderboards lmao😭. Every game even overwatch this is still possible but is much harder to do (but I’m obviously not gonna state how to do so😂)
You are talking out of your ass so hard my guy...As someone in that field. This is entirely fucking wrong lmfaoo....Also bans are through the network. There wouldn't be a ban folder...Why the fuck would you have a LOCAL FILE for a network/server ban? Please use the slightest bit of common sense. The ONLY time COD had a thing where you can delete files was to get rid of a shadow ban. Which is nothing like a regular ban at all. Tons of legit players would get shadow banned on accident on a regular basis. And those only last a few days, so even without changing anything you'd get out. You CANNOT do this on online games such as this. And definitely not for FULL ACCOUNT BANS. Again, it only worked for shadow bans on COD, not actual bans. You can't just change SERVER SIDE FILES from your local machine. That's not how it works lmfao. That's why cheaters can't just do anything they want, they are restricted pretty tightly based on what they can actually do local side.
to be fair at 18:06 the whole team is in that lil area the ana was looking that direction maybe they just looked in that direction after hearing the footsteps which also happens to align with the fact they can see the venture personally if i heard those footsteps thats probably where I would check or somewhere around there
I know you can change your Battle tag to anything you want now, but it freaked me out because one of those is my uncle's battle tag. Which is dumb of me because he has 2fa
i had a qp game with two cheaters in it and then the very next game i had a cheater and then the next day there was a cheater in a game. im just sat here like "wtf happened?!"
honestly, all of my sniper shots are always the "cat dug a claw into your arm" shots, because im very jittery and nervous with my shots, i always tense up whenever i go for a shot on a character like widow or ana, because i try to keep my mouse completely still. this does not work. it just fucks up my shots, and its a habit im trying to break. if you see someone with super shaky/snappy shots, and theyre hitting most/all of them, be suspicious, because theyre most likely cheating
"he just doesn't miss, omg." *proceeds to miss the next 5-7shots and hits 1 shot and continues to miss shots consistently*. "Wow, he really just doesn't miss a single shot."
Dude exactly, am i supposed to just blindly believe flats accusation? He just went totally wrong there. Idk i worry aimers will have to start to prove VT ranks and score history on kovaaks just to make sure they dont get accused. Especially when content creators view this as ez content and farm views.
Yeah I don't think the cassidy was cheating whatsoever. Coming from 10k+ hours of fps experience and Top 12 on DPS. Flats is typically right when it comes to the cheater vids but on some occasions he does seem to go on a cheating accusation spree. Hopefully he doesn't turn into another Kephrii.
to be fair that first clip on the cass you saw this video, i heard the enemy cassidy's footsteps land after a jump there before the sus guy looked over
15:00 i am a silver widow player and I don't even stick around after firing A shot. its just common sense, they know where i am because of my footsteps and where im shooting from? why do people do this.
I hide in mystery heroes but cheaters are coming there in droves as well. I've had multiple games with cheaters on both sides, no matter what, whoever makes point first wins the round - and because it's not comp, nobody gives a 5h!t even in game.
I had so many cheaters in my games lately that I’ve been thinking about getting cheats. I’m just frustrated and it doesn’t seem like blizzard is doing anything.
All I can hear is some auctioneer raising how many cheaters a game will have in a game, “We’ve got four cheaters can I get five? Canigetfivecheaters canigetfivecheaters SIX CHEATERS! SOLD!”
Not saying the cass isn't cheating, but whenever someone is toggling there's so much tunnel vision in these videos. Watching the Cass whiff 5 shots in a 1v1 and then acting astounded when the perfectly normal looking 6th shot lands, hard shot or not, is a little silly
Whoa, it appears that I recognize the person with the Korean lettering! It was probably from a Frogger stream because people in GC were also making fun of him at the time. I'm pretty sure it's the same guy, but I can't recall much more than that.
Hey, just a theory, but maybe the bap keeps hitting shift at full health is because he's trying to jump, probably keeps hitting shift to crouch but instead pops heals then he hits ctrl to jump
I'm sure (I hope) they will get swept up in the next ban wave, but I have a feeling it will only happen at the end of this season. Or after the window for the charity skin closes, or after the next collaboration event, if it will happen sooner. Basically ban the cheaters after Blizz has had a chance to make money off them or have pumped-up numbers for the charity skin.
Flats, what is that mouse movement? Answered - When aimbot takes over, Your mouse is still sending information that the game uses, so any jitter from these aimlocks will still have their real aim movements included but the aimbot forces its way to its intended target, however they have it set up which is usually a fov circle and then prioritize by distance or closest to crosshair, then as you mentioned can track specific bones of characters like on the diva, most of these seems to lock center mass anf for headshots low neck area as its the most consistent, some aimbots, very few out there will prioritize on security/longevity of the cheat without detection so they focus on a humanized aimbot, which when slowed down like this just looks a bit weird and makes you think their on a high dpi/sens, Ive seen one that made me really question and it was really human like, rather than an actual aimbot it was like aim assist on crack very strong sticky aim assist, Also all these cheaters only have their aimbot on fire, rather than another key
26:17 he probably cleared his hardware ban the account itself was likely banned and he had to get a new one (pretty easy) along with all his hardware ids and ips and he was able to unban the hardware which is very possible and used a lot with hackers in popular games
also he probably keeps pressing shift when he’s full hp cause he has the hacks hotkeyed to shift he just holds it down before he gets to the enemy and let’s go when he dies
Cheating is a problem and Blizz is accepting it for more than 25 years. Simply because you can't fight the phenomenon of cheating successfully by yourself. I can imagine that cheating in a competitive game is also a very emotional topic, and this leads to a big misunderstanding. But without excuse, humans want to be faster, go higher and travel more far. And they do what need to be done. In Overwatch, that's using a program that grants you superhuman abilities. There is one thing to it, I like to say: Stupid people talk about people (Cheaters), average people talk about things (Overwacht), smart people talk about ideas (Find a way to fight Cheaters successfully). Don't talk about the Cheaters - you are smarter than that. You should talk about how it may be possible in the end to win a pointless fight with surprise? Invite me - I have Ideas. Why? Because I write those programs that make you superhuman. I do it for learning and fun - you could use my knowledge to turn the tides.
Yeah, this is a clear indication that there’s been no banwave or that it was ineffective Also taking into consideration that there’s been cheater apparently unbanning themselves, expect Blizzard to try and gently sweep whatever server exploit / access cheaters have under the rug
see the issue here is that aaaalot of players run their cheats at like 5%... 10% super low just enough to give them a boost. They stay off the ban wave radar. those are the ones we need to boot cus they can just flip it to 100% when they want to
24:38 this is why I turned off aim assist on controller when I played console. was able to follow up on my kills without having my reticle pulled when a player crossed in front of who im aiming at
I miss the old MW3 days with the god mode cheaters, going into the 2v2 3v3 lobbies finding cheaters and still beating them without cheats was the best feeling especially in SnD
Whenever I watch these and Flats talks about unnatural mouse movement, I always get worried because I make weird movements with my mouse ingame too - not because of cheating, but because I can't aim for shit and I physically can't keep my eyes on one spot for long enough to aim at it. It always makes me worried that I'll end up in one of these videos simply because someone sees me being not good at the game and mistakes it for cheating.
Game's cooked. I get an aimbotter/waller probably once every 4 or 5 games in quickplay. Used to think I was just coping but I started watching vod replay after vod replay and it's just undeniable.
