The word “artisan” is now all over ads..pizza,bread,etc. This is the real deal. I don’t care what job you do. If you do it well for this long everyone knows who you are & what you stand for: quality. You can tell just from looking the food is amazing.
I wish I could go to this place and try tasty authentic Turkish kebab! It looks amazing and I'm sure it will be much better than the one being sold at popular kebab places! You can see in his eyes that he loves doing that!

Wenn er die beiden Platten, auf denen er das Essen zubereitet, aus Edelstahl machen würde (antibakteriell), wäre es wirklich gut. Kostet nicht viel, bringt aber viel. Gerade in Ländern mit höheren Temperaturen sollte man das tun.
