I pick up a 1999 Honda cr125 and I clean it up and take it for a rip. I also pick up a BMW and ke 125. Thanks for watching and subscribing! New videos every week! Instagram: 2_vintage_ Snap: the2vintage
Watching your channel has helped me to gain the confidence to do my own video on my youtube channel of my 1974 Kawasaki G5 100 everyday I look forward to more content keep up the good work
So do it help with the fade of plastic I have the Yamaha Bruin 2006 2x4 with only 4000 k on it but she is faded I'm ALWAYS looking for something to bring out the new Shin again
For oxidized plastics that are nice and faded, use a sharp razor blade to scrape the oxidation but make sure you do not dig in to the plastic itself. You just want to scrape the top layer off. Then you take a heat gun and run it over the plastic parts carefully; making sure not to melt or scorch any areas. You will see the plastic getting back to its oem color when you've given it enough heat. Just make sure to go over it slowly and take your time to get that desired look.
For the rear fender take a razor blade and scrape it. Don’t have the blade face you though, have it face the seat, hold it around 45 degrees and scrape toward you. If that makes any sence. I used it on my 1984 Yamaha tt600 plastics and it looked brand new
Sounds like the bottom end In that (rod specifically) is starting to go making a noise that worries me about it also might just be the video though my old 4 stroke sounded like it had a bad valve tick in the video but in person it ran mint
You don’t hear piston slap, you don’t hear a bad crank. Your hear a vibrating Kickstarter and a loud power valve. All late 90s Honda 2 strokes sound like this, doesn’t matter the condition, they are noisy
I'm not a mechanic, fellow is selling a 1999 xr250, says no compression, what does it take to remedy no compression, costly or not, worth my time or a pain in the ass to fix?
Where in Wisconsin are you guys? I'm in Milwaukee. Pretty badass channel guys. I have a pretty sick 2 stroke Honda Elite SR that's built if you ever want to check it out for a video or something. ♥️
Jeff Holt if you know how to ride it. Then yeah. And you should fit it I'm 6" 140 I rode a 250 4 stroke Yamaha and power not super crazy and my bike is cr125 so do it.
B Vids mite be a little to short but never. If you the power and feel then hell yeah. I'm 6'1 and ride 125 cr but when I got on a 250 power wasn't in crazy you get use to it quick.
Man that is one ratty looking CR. Ronnie Mac graphics and all. It's probably way down on compression. That KE 125 brought back memories, I had a 87 KD 80 looks very similar. Same red. It ripped for a oil injected 2 stoke.
Ive been watching your channel on and off for a couple months now and decided to subscribe and turn notifications on for your vids.. I like what you guys do buying and selling bike's... The only thing i DO NOT LIKE is when you always say how much u actually paid for the bike and then how much your trying to get for it.. I mean u seem like a honest guy but there is no reason for you to say the price you paid seriously.. Other than that ur channel is awsome and I'm really hoping for alot more banshee videos asap
