Idk what it is about this particular video but I love the people in this one. They all just seemed so nice. Also that lady making sure that guy didn’t over pay.
Nice pickups John ! Not every day is a home run but today, you hit it out of the ballpark. I wished the gentleman was selling the golf cart. If he was, I am sure it wouldnt have been cheap. That thing was super cool.
0:33 That sweet dog reminds me of my sister’s dog who passed away recently :( My sister’s dog was black but had the same limp type walk, panted heavy, and would cough when excited. I wonder if that dog has the same issues my sister’s dog had. Seeing your pet slowly deteriorate is one of the saddest things.
some nice buys, finding old vintage toys even my little pony is cool. Its so hard to find that stuff lately, i found a little bit of gi-joe last week and there were a few other things in the box. To bad the old consoles were to expencive, but most people know the value or just ask way to much for it and that makes it extra hard to find good deals for that sort of stuf.
I found it thanks I heard you got a divorce is that true if it is I’m sorry yall seemed so happy together. You never know me and my first husband did the same thing covered it up for years and 2 years later told the family after we divorced😊
I'm from the Netherlands and I always notice that you say you get x dollars from me and everyone accepts that. And usually they don't even count the money right away. People trust that you are honest. Here in the Netherlands the seller would first look at what exactly you have and then double check that the money is correct before giving you the items 😅. I like how you guys do it better😊. Love the videos btw.
Can you take a minute and talk about the caveats of selling golf clubs? What to look for? Do they get bent? What traits make them valuable or not. Do left hand sets sell worse? I've been doing this for 18 years but have always walked past the clubs Thank You!
Steel shafts can get bent, sometimes its hard to notice or gets overlooked but its not super common. Its kind of like sneakers, what makes certain Nikes worth a lot, and others worth not much. Why is one Nike sneaker worth more than another one? Some just are. Same thing with golf clubs. The issue is there are a lot of different brands and models golf clubs so it takes time. And there is a lot to know, not just brands but also some issues golf clubs may have that you are not aware of that can come back on you and work against you if you don't know. I've been selling them full time over a decade. Left handed clubs are fine online, selling them locally may be tougher. Also Golf is a seasonal sport, right now is pretty much peak season but as soon as school starts up and football season starts, the sell through rate drops, and Jan & Feb. sales dump through the floor. So its kind of a feast or famine type of thing. They are a bit more labor intensive too compared to some easier items to pack ship and sell. So sales drop at least 60% for many months and for several months during the summer its good. Whereas sneakers are consistent year round sales with up-spikes here and there. You will suffer badly if you decide to go with Golf Clubs year round. Sneakers you wont. You can reference google trends and type in golf club and drop down the menu for 12 months then do the same with sneakers. Trends directly relate to the sales. I used to sell golf year round it was a very bad idea, now I am highly diversified these past 5 years.
Enough to let it stop you from making money? I’ve been selling on EBay since 1999 and have been scammed one time. A buyer broke something ($30) they wanted to return because they found it cheaper somewhere else. I’m ok with that rate of scammers. 😂
