I would love to watch building projects with your dad and you things like that. & I would love to see you have your own videos, just you doing things your own way.
Hey Matt and Grandpa! Grandpa, I'm telling you the only way to break up the broodys is to take them away from the flock and put them in the garage and keep them there 24/7 for a few days and then try them again. If they're still broody, repeat until they're not broody. God bless all of the Doss family members and all of your beautiful animals! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Matt I just love the was you and Grandpa interacting, with all the animals. It is a bright part of my day!! Prayers for all the Doss family and anyone else needs them.❤❤❤❤

Hi Matt, That was brave reaching in on broody chickens. I thought that you've mentioned a dog at home. I may have missed it, but can you show a clip of your dog in video? It would be nice to meet your fur baby.
Great job, Matt, at moving the chickens. I would put the little goats food on the outside of that feeding area and close the big goats in their feeding area. Until they are all done eating. I think it would work better for you all. Just a suggestion. Love you all. Great video.
Hi guys, just keep taking the eggs away and in 21 days they will move from the nest!! You birds crack me up, got you wrapped around your little finger!! Lol!! ❤❤
I love how both dogs adore you! I have enjoyed how you have come a long way, to how comfortable you are now. Proud your parents have you to help, and you have it all under control and have fun doing it!
Hey y’all it didn’t rain!😅 Matt, the curse is broken!❤ Darn those broody hens!😅 The goatlets are still so stinking adorable! BooBoo is going to catch up before long! He’s like the middle kid! He knows when to hold em and he knows when to fold em! Lots of prayers for everyone! Love and blessings from this old Bama girl!❤❤❤
Hi Matt and Ralph. Great video today. Quite the chicken mover now Matt. Is there nothing that scares you now. Quite the farmhand your dad has taught you well.t thanks for sharing take care God bless 💕🙏

I had six kids. When we moved from the city where we had home delivery, our milk man who also delivered to homes and small stores to the two small towns our new farm was set between, so he continued delivering to us on the way. Twelve gallons of milk. 4 Gallons chocolate milk. Two quarts of cream, three gallons of icecream, and a dozen pints of yogurt a week! We got more goods than one of the stores on his route. So we got the commercial rate. That guy shed a tear or two when we moved out of state a couple of years later. In 1986 our average CostCo run every three months for bulk goods was $2000. We raised our own beef and swapped around some with a friend who raised pigs. We had a garden for fresh produce in the summer, but with two jobs each, hubby and I had no time for canning, or we could have cut the bill. Can't imagine what that bill would be like now!
Matt you did a great job getting the broody hens out and eggs to boot. Lola loves being brushed and looks so proud. ❤ Abu at some point will have to stand his ground with his brothers. Usual the little ones that hold back will be the strongest in the end. Revel and Rilie are also doing great 👍
Great video Matt and Grandpa. If you have a different pen without nesting boxes put the broody hens in that pen for a week. Brushing Lola really makes her look cooler. Great job on feeding the goats.
I believe it is Cassie Walker of walker farms that would be able to tell you the best way to get the chickens to break the brooding, but i saw one youtuber put a brooding chicken in a cage for a time separate them from the rest of the chickens, and it worked wish i could remember there names but Cassie is the best resource when it comes to chickens, Blessings to all, praying for grandma and all God is so awesome, praise His name
Was that an egg on the wire roof of the chicken palace? Just as you shut the nesting box door and turned around it looked like an egg above your head. Thanks for another great video. 💕 and prayers to all from Irene in Perth, Western Australia 🇦🇺
Hi Matt & Grandpa!!!! Some folks have a broody breaker. All they do is put their hen in a cage in their garage for a bit. For exactly how long…you’ll have to do some web research or you will know by their attitude. 😊
Great job with the little raptors(chickens) lol, oh I just watch K&S get out, Kyle and Shannon got baby copperheads were the hay bails and Kyle’s tailgate of his pickup. Please be careful as it’s time for the critters to be coming out from their nests, including the venomous ones. Bruno got bit by a snake…I’m sure you already know, as your family is close knit and supportive of each other. A very wholesome family.
A goat is a ruminant and a bovine is a ruminant. A while back, I posted ruminants have dental pads so they can forage...giraffes also fall in this category. Although I have to admit...I didn't know deer were ruminants. 'ruminant, (suborder Ruminantia), any mammal of the suborder Ruminantia (order Artiodactyla), which includes the pronghorns, giraffes, okapis, deer, chevrotains, cattle, antelopes, sheep, and goats. Most ruminants have a four-chambered stomach and two-toed feet.'
Hello Matt and Ralph, another great video. Mattno need to be scared and don't hesitate. Just grab the chickens and put them down. Ralph How about closing the doors so the chickens can't get to the nests? Matt you are doing so good with the piggies!! And the goats as well. Okay you do great with all the animals.😂🤗🤗💞💞💙💙
Love seeing you try new things on the farm Matt... Love it! I've always thought if you just continued to take the eggs...it just took a couple 3 times... But, apparently your chickens are just smarter haha
Matt and grandpa maybe close both the flap and door after removing hens that are sitting just a Suggestion not sure because I don't have any but can try maybe ❤❤❤
Smart idea Matt. I have always wondered why you guys never use the chicken coop door. It’s easier access to the chickens plus the sunlight helps you to see.❤
I mentioned with my comment to check under the garage/shed in the yard behind the house. Where chickens hang out. The coop has been blocked off for a while. But that looks all open.
Hi Matt and Ralph, I don't know about the chickens other than Ralph was pulling them out and they could tell he wasn't wanting them in there. I think it is a great idea with the pig pen. The brushing you do with Miss Lola's hair is working. She is looking so much better!! Love this video God bless you and until next time take care
