Lol..I have an account with Pepperstone (one of many). What a dumb and shitty thing to do to one your customers. Forex trades over 7 trillion dollars a day. No one would have ever even noticed Kamays trades. The account manager could have just kept quiet and mirrored the trades. I get it, there is a moral issue. But you think the FOREX and Gold market isnt manipulated to favor institutional investors?? I'll make sure to keep my Pepperstone balance small. Also, Kamay was an idiot for letting his bank balance get that big. And he should have thrown in a few losing trades.

This is a clear evidence that retail traders are not allowed to make money. Just imagine if study hard the FX market for years and by luck you spot a wave that is not random which give you a 100% win rate. You make so much money that you become a millionaire they will call it insider trading and you will go prison for that is that not it?

Which means is almost impossible for retail to make money but what if you are making money they must be something that you know that other retail traders don't know of which they must be some kind of information that you have and as a broker manager I must know what your edge if you don't tell me then you are an insider trader. High frequency traders are not consider as insider trading and yet they jump on your orders before it is executed is that really fair? INSIDER TRADING IDEA IS THERE TO PROTECT MARKET MARKERS NOT THE TRADER. look at this company xyz is about to go under and you are among the first people to get the information so you short the company hoping price will go down the information reach the shareholders and they dump the stock you make a lot of of money but in the end you go to prison for insider trading. NOW LOOK ON THE OTHER SIDE company xyz is about to go under you are among the first people to spot the information so you go short but it turns out there other people thought they were the only one so they go short but the short positions overwhelmed the market the information reached the shareholders and they dump the stock sure the price will be going down hard but for you to book a profit you must buy the shares back but the problem the short orders are so huge so by the time you call your shares you will be in a loss and the price would have gone to the moon probably you would have gotten a margin call. But the beauty of this they will not call it insider trading since you made a loss. 😂😂😂😂

@@adi-kr6sh the owner of his single account was monitoring his trading activity,placing all winners on one account is easily detected by the regulatory authorities auditing the forex broker, if he had another forex account and only placed few trades max on each say in Cyprus and others in UK an elsewher, no way they all would have caught wind of his activities because they are all managed abroad...the idiot opened an Australian account and he lives in Australia, what a lazy genius...

Lots of people do insider trading all the time they dont get caught cuz they make family members do all the trading no evidence in caught if its word of mouth.
If that guy had paid his partner handsomely and had done more to kept their business under the radar, I don't see anything wrong with this. He just went overboard and lost sight of how far he had gone.
Talk is cheap, most of people who are trading special who claim to be millioners are not really trading they are selling courses and system, seminars and webinars, even selling books. That how they make their money. Make a math if you you have thousand of students paying you $100 for your course it easy to make a million. And when they analyze the market they will always show you the moves that has already formed., That don't show you live real account making entries and growing accounts. So they will sell you dreams be careful of scammers who claim to be traders.
He should just make fake minor mistakes so that the profit still higher than the loss and not trading greedily but step by step and voila he will never be caught and still making profit till now.
I have been in this situation personally and took the 100K. A lot of businesses started with 100K would fail or be a huge struggle and far more stress/long hours.

I would work the job and get the salary for a year or 2...maybe more until I start my business and am getting cash flow from it. I figured I can save 100K or more from getting that as salary monthly and use it to start a business, then I can go on my merry way.
