The P-I-N-U-G-U-T-A-N probably refers to how Filipinos *nitpicked* Panalo because there was a line that said a Philippine hero was beheaded (pinugutan) when that wasn't what actually happened. People were calling out his inaccuracy

ez mil isnt wrong, historically there is still no proof and facts as to who killed Lapu Lapu, he might be beheaded too in the Philippines by his country men as well since in ancient times a rajah has to fight another town as well. its only assumptions as to who really killed him.

You are one the best reactors...probably the best! You are also a talented rapper with keen ear, knowledge, and ability to clearly analyze and break down EZ's bars. Respect for that! I'm sure other commentators have already answered your question about "pinugutan" which means "beheaded". Some officials, notably a mayor, in the Philippines nitpicked a line in "Panalo" and wanted to declare EZ Mil a "persona non grata". It created a controversy over there.
