When you sleep on the road, it is known that REM sleep is always compromised. Unfamiliar surroundings = shallow sleep

live tournament recaps are literally the best chess content possible, I imagine it is not an easy thing to do while also playing the tournament, but while you are doing it you have one more viewer in my face. I havent watched your channel, I know OF you and I know you are high rated so when I saw the video my first thought was "Will I understand anything from this video?", but you explain well and detailed and it was interesting for me, I am 1400 rated. Good luck in the future rounds

I love playing the Elephant Gambit in rapid chess. At the 1400 level I have a very good score with it. I don't think I'd play it in classical though, that's way too much time for white to find the good moves to counter it.
