As an Italian, I think I'll recommend this place to my boyfriend cause everything look so well done and loyal to the original recipes. I can totally see the passion the owner has, and to be this good at making mozzarella and burrata, he surely mastered a lot

I feel like italians would enjoy food trip when they come to Korea. Koreans are really passionate about food. Like Italians do. And what I really like about my country is we are so open at trying new food. If you go to the other countries you will only see localised food but at Korea you will see localized version of food but also you can find originals too.

I’ve clicked cuz I saw burrata xD Burrata is an Italian food, it’s just so good! As an Italian I often eat it, it has such a creamy, sweet taste (just a lil bit) ~ it’s healthy too. It’s an explosion of deliciousness in your mouth. Definitely recommend to foreigners to try it, it can get you hooked up xD

Are you Italian ? Because here in Italy burrata has not a strong flavour it has probably one of the softest taste among all our cheeses

@@Alessia-dv1mo hello, im not from italy. So i dont really know what real burrata from italy taste like. But here where im from only some specialized italian restaurants have it. And to me who love cheese, they taste nice & quite light. But my husband is not a cheese lover maybe it taste different to him ☺️

It’s very good, it’s not too much, it’s a very light and nice balance cause the two cheeses mend together, I especially like it with toast and lightly pan fried tomatoes. It also tastes excellent with red wine if you like that
