Just started watching this episode, and No, No, No. Ballys are not a part of our culture. I can not believe a teacher would agree with such a statement. When I was at school, never ever would that have been allowed. I feel that is a racist comment from the teacher. It's also a shame for teachers because kids are offended by anything, so they're just going along with what all youth want. Sad times.
