Movies like this and Cheaper by the Dozen are so precious cause they give us a glimpse of the great Roaring 20s (due to 2 big tax cuts by Harding and Coolidge by the way) :)

Great musical. In this scene, Andy Williams' voice was added to the soundtrack to enhance it. Note the wedge choreography which was used again in the big number Pass That Peace Pipe.

MY MOM Joan IS THE LITTLE TEEN IN THE OLIVE GREEN SWEATER WHO LAUGHS AND SHAKES HANDS WITH RAY MCDONALD before my dad dances into the frame. My dad was a WW2 vet...and Frank Sinatra's Bodyguard on the East Coast. I found my parents moonlighting in MGM musicals...without screen credit.
