He's back! Check out this rad new video from @turboososa. This time we asked him a few questions so you could learn a bit more about his style of riding. "I’ve been riding fixed gear for four years. I started off with track bikes. I never really hopped on a freewheel bike. It really wasn’t my style of riding. I always felt like I belonged on a fixed gear bike. Fixed gear gives me the ability to have full control over my bike-if I move the bike moves. It’s dope. I really don’t ride any other bikes than my Big Flyer." And as for his IG name? "My cousins used to call me lil' Sosa in middle school, and I just went on with it. Turboo is the name of the team I’m in."

It's fixed gear. Fixed gear slowed but never left. This is a throwback style with a newer style frame.

@@ov3rcl0cked A true fixie is a fixed gear bike that has no free wheel. Yes the SE is fixed gear. But it has free wheel. That's a se big flyer. They didn't make the blue camo in fixie. It came with v breaks. You can clearly see the mounts on his. And he pedals backwards. Hince free wheel.

They’re all bmx frames but just bigger because bmx in bikelife doesnt mean a small trick bike anymore. Usually a normal person who doesnt bike hears the word bmx they automatically think that its a small bike but we got sizes 14, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, and 29

The control you need to ride fixie and have skills like this is on another level. Riding fixed hear through Austin, TX for about 12 years now and when I see people do things like this on fixie it blows my mind.

Fgfs grew in popularity in the Bay Area for a short while back in 2012-15. Chrome would hold tricking comps. I have yet to see pegs and grinds on this generation's big rippers.

Ya know, that's interesting because you just made me think of something. Years ago, I learned how to ride a unicycle and got to where I could ride it forward a decent distance, but I never could ride a long wheelie on my mountain bike. On the uni, I had to get used to leaning forward and with the mountain bike or even on my BMX, for that matter, I never could feel comfy with leaning far enough back to ride it like this guy. Always felt like I would fall backwards. Now I'm curious to try out a fixie

It can be the newest bike out there but nobodies crazy to waste $1,400 on a bike that normally costs $750. It’s a hoax when you offer people $1,000 and they say “nah I got an offer for $1,300” like no the fuk they didn’t. People aren’t stupid and trust me non of those bikes sell. You see them up for a month and they lower the price until it’s affordable
