Well Frank said before that, "I like to look good, feel good, and cook good" which is considered self-centered seeing as he's on a team. So, the narrator regarded the situation as Frank identifying as his own entity alongside the Blue Team. Frank is probably doing something but he's falling short due to these oversights.

Not getting along with someone, even if it's someone who everyone else generally gets along with, isnt anyones fault though. Some personalities just dont mesh well and it doesnt mean one person is bad and the other is good. They just dont get along. Not everyone has to have the exact same opinion as you all the time to have good karma tho lol it's not like he was sabotaging sterling or doing anything that would negatively effect his chances. he just said in passing that hes the least helpful on the team and he doesnt want him there anymore. Just an opinion/observation and nothing more (which he was clearly asked for by the producers btw)

@@ottokarl5427 Sterling may not have been ready, but he stepped up on a number of occassions, was a constant source of positivity, and never once talked bad about any individual chef. Hell, when he did get eliminated, Ramsay let him keep his jacket, which is very rare.
