To be fair petrozza should’ve won but Gordon gave Christina a chance because she was a kid at the time (I don’t literally mean kid) and petrozza was pretty old so Christina has loads of life left to live and Gordon was being kind and giving her in a chance in the long run

Well the can't even handle that... Imagine a menu with several additional items on. They'd be so far in the weeds, its a forest. Its also likely that hells kitchen as a restaurant has a set menu so customers are familiar with the items to expect. They also do lobster and crab spaghetti as well

Well that's how it usually is irl. To get a better position you have to proof that you're better than the other candidates but you can't just ignore them. Like even in job settings where you work individually a lot not helping your colleagues can go a long way in the whispers line.

How this man made it to a black jacket and through utter negligence sunk an entire station in SECONDS astounds me. There we so many mistakes piled up, exposed one after another by T who rightfully looks so *fucking done* with him. Even if her comeback season fizzled out early, I think it at least humbled her to go back to when she had this quality of leadership. This clip alone tells me T has IMMENSE potential.

Do you know that some of the most valuable line cooks I've never had the pleasure of working with have been from correctional institutions, and they're some of the more focused and attentive workers to ever be in the food service. It's a big misconception that having a formal education in a culinary school somehow negates your inability to function adequately under pressure, or that it can keep you from being a disaster at a particular station. Sometimes I think that the people fresh out of the corrections want the job more than a culinary student. It's all about drive over knowledge!
