Floyd Allen hs football journey is truly inspirational. He lived the California Juco struggle and made it d1 and now to the nfl. My Music/Vlog Channel: / @flemlogames INSTAGRAM: / flemloraps TWITTER: / flemloraps
Auto focus on my camera got thrown off somehow...sorry about that...tried to edit around it as much as possible....either way...hope yall enjoyed the video
Bro live in Los Angeles rent only gets that high in well to do neighborhoods like Santa Monica Hollywood Brentwood West Los Angeles or anything next to a beach my man should had went to the hood lol 1200 for a 2 bad room in Long Beach California three-bedroom goes for 800
FlemLo Raps hey, All you gotta do is go on manual focus, zoom all the way in, fix the focus, then zoom all the way out, then the whole shot would say in focus all the time. Just a little camera tip.... 😉 I love the videos Flemlo!
Nah I would like to see him do a podcast with his own affiliate marketing or stay where he's at. The style he has right now is perfect and producers are going to say it's not a fit for TV which is right
Wow, now he’s home and can play professionally for his mom to see on tv. After the game, he can drive home to his family. Perfect ending to all his struggles. Wish him the best
I love that we live in a time when we can hear stories like these. A lot of these go under the radar unless they make it to the nfl. But playing profession ball isnt the milestone of success. People that have regular jobs are successes. "The measure of success isnt about what you accomplish in life, but what you overcome along the way."
As an Ole Miss fan, I'm glad you're putting his story out there. Not enough people know what he went through. He meant so much to that team. By far one of my favorite guys from the team last season.
Someone must chopping onions! I wish the best for this man on and off the field.. With determination like that he's gonna be great at life forget about football🙌🙌💰💰💯💯✔✔✔ Another Great Video Flem
Bruh you're sitting on a gold mine here. These in-depth player profile stories are exactly what is needed when we see so many think these athletes have it easy because they make bank playing a "kids game"...easily the best channel I've subscribed to on RU-vid
Love stories like this man please do more , kinda in a similar situation played all of Hs and got injured every year . So now w no offers I’m going into juco in Cali and helpin my mom financially with running my own detailing business . I know the grind man. .
Shout out to his Mom... Making her baby's dream possible with the knee brace... My son had back surgery before his senior year... We didn't know if he would be cleared to play before the season started... He just received his first offer to play at the next level with Avilla University... Dreams come true...
bro, I can say I've never been more proud of being an Ole Miss fan srsly, I hope Floyd impresses his coaches enough so he gets some shots in preseason, would love to see him on a NFL highlight reel, maybe he even makes the practice squad his first year, that would be huge
I love how the coach grabbed him by the helmet, looked him dead in his eye, and said “hey, I love you” that you can hear came from coach’s heart. That’s great! Love when teams become family like that.
FlemLo does so much to give these young athletes and dreamers a deep human dimension that is overlooked when we think about athletes today. The character and sheer will power of some of these kids makes them worthy of the accolades and adoration that fans usually reserve only for the most accomplished and most highly compensated athletes in sports. A young man like Floyd Allen is not only the kind of kid you'd be proud to have on your team, but also to have in your work place, as your neighbor, or as role model for your own children. Much respect for FlemLo!
I was part of the Cali juco struggle. In January I mid-year transferred to a school in North Dakota on football scholarship. 1.5 years at juco, and now it’s all paying off.
When I first saw that clip @14:00 i really said “ok god bless him” but after hearing about this manz life and injury’s I literally tears tf up bro 😭😭 I truly wish u the best of luck and blessings Floyd 🙏🏾🤟🏾
Im gonna be rooting hard for this dude! Not a Texans fan but I will definitely watch what happens to this amazing guy! Hats off Floyd. Great video as always FlemLo!
After two years of setbacks at the high school level, this dude makes me wanna get back on the field for my junior season, grind it out there, and see what happens.
Bru.. this story got me going. Really appreciate what you doing. I don't think most of us would have ever heard his story if not for you. This was very inspirational. He deserves great success.
This man is the 1%. The California JUCO struggle is basically made to break you. I went through it and it was the toughest experience of my life. What this guy did is very common for JUCO athletes in California, but his success is uncommon. Like you said, many guys will just pack up and head home but Allen’s resiliency is absolutely inspiring. Thank you for not just sharing his story, but the whole struggle of playing JUCO ball in California
Hey man, you know your videos are important right? They show how people in normal circumstances persevere to achieve big things (usually.) It’s like a roadmap out of shitty times. Thanks man
This story means so much to me. There was once a long time ago that i was a promising wrestler out of eastern North Carolina. I was good enough to compete for several national championships tournaments. However fate had it be that i would never place first place in those tournaments. After tearing my acl during my senior year in high school. I decided to try my luck at JCSU playing football one of few schools that had askes me to consider walking on. After trying to rush back from an acl that wasn't completely healed i failed at that attempt as well. To make a long story short life isn't about how many times you fail. It is about how many times you get up and keep fighting. Now a parent of a beautiful baby girl i get the opportunity to instill that in her as well. Keep making the vids i really love the content. Much love and respect GRIOT
I'll tell ya this... you absolutely kill these things. It's like going to school every day. My Son and I love watching this. He's a huge sports maniac and will be one of the best the world has seen. Nonetheless... thanks for all your work.
This was an awesome story! This reminds me of how I got my NFL workouts. Military service, college football ACL injury, school screwed me over, the homelessness and meager living conditions, my car was stolen but I still moved forward. I ended up getting a futures contract with the Dolphins but was let go Dutch to my age at the time of 31. But through it all I don't regret it. Congratulations to this young man and I hope he does great things.
I was training for football after being misdiagnosed for 19 years and unable to be able to play in school. I was offered a chance at a Cali Juco after training and putting some tape together in drills. I turned it down after a lot of prayer and thought and recognition that I would have to live in a 2 bed apartment with 10 people and paying $600/month. I was about to turn 25 and my career path of nursing wasn't available there. I could have chose other Jucos that offered, like one in Arkansas and one in Alabama, but I ultimately decided to stop chasing. These guys are amazing and at almost 32, while I wonder if i could have made it as a LT, I am just happy guys like Floyd kept going. God bless that man and all the others like him.
Truly inspirational story bro. If this doesn’t make you realize the value of not feeling sorry for yourself and persevering, nothing will. Also your content/editing and storytelling ability is second to none when it comes to this sort of content. Keep striving, my friend, I sense big things in your future.
Man, this is inspiring af. Great storytelling as usual. I will definitely always root for people like Floyd, Dakota Allen, and all the others grinding their asses off to get what they want.
Amazing video man. That’s a story that I think we all needed to hear about perseverance. So glad this dude is getting his chance at the NFL, he really deserves it. He just earned himself a new fan, even though I’m a Colts fan and he went to a division rival but we’re just gonna ignore that.
@flemloraps this may be an inspirational story, but the way you tell it gives it so much meaning. It really pumps me up to go after my own goals; as I can see you go after yours.
Well done, this an incredible story of resilience and you told it well. Floyd is one hell of an impressive guy never giving up after going through all of that
amazing story. I witnessed the Cali Juco first hand, going to Santa Clarita first and then Pierce College. I saw and experienced the horrors of this struggle and realized pretty quickly that most in this situation would not make it. to see this guy continue to fight after all the adversity is inspiring and I will be rooting for him big time
Keeping it real, and I been through some shit... addiction, incarceration, losing loved ones earlier than I should have, but man this dude grinded more than most ppl..., uplifting story
Hands down one of the best stories ive ever heard!!!👍 nothing but true heart & go get it!! Best of luck young man may god b l ess you with a long & prosperous career!!!!!!
Some of these stories remind me that everybody struggles, some worse than others. At the end of the day, failure + perseverance = success. Plus, bro is from Houston like me.
David Luiz Pro Clubs I tore my ACL, (detached from my bone) MCL, and PFL and have NO clue how he played through that. I did therapy for a month a half after i tore it to prep for my surgery and was still having a tough time walking
You are very appreciated Sir. You've answered all my 'what happened to' questions. I could be watching something else and if you post a new video, I watch that instead. Props. Respect. Salute.
