As beautiful as David's voice is, I will always have a place in my heart for country music legend John Berry's version. For me it's not Christmas until I hear it.

You can tell by the number of people who react to David Phelps songs and the number of people who are still hearing him for the 1st time even after this 23 year old live recording.

I've listened to this by David Phelps well over 100 times and I still get chills. It warms my heart to see someone hear David for the first time. Your reaction explains it all

David is the best male vocalist in the world and has been for the past twenty five year years...I can testify to this as I have seen him live 11 times from the front row. There is no one better...!

One of the manifestations of the Holy Spirit is water. When someone as gifted as David praises the Lord with his singing the Spirit within us well up so much we can't possibly hold it all in and it is released in the form of joyful tears. Never apologize for being moved so much with the Spirit.

I have listened to this every Christmas for at least the past 15 years and it STILL moves me to tears and causes me to worship and adore Jesus!
