The young guy is smart and humble. He is not the arrogant type like the typical Christians. May Allah blessed him with hidayah. The part that he missed is the Creator of human kind knows better what is good for human similar to the inventor of the phone. How can you debate with a man that talks over you, only hears what he wants to hear, answers his own questions, comes to conclusions based on belief and is so uptight, close minded, rude and awkward to talk to. I can imagine that its hard to listen or hear what hamza is saying when ure an atheist, because hamza is not listening to him and is leading the conversation too much. “If god created you, he is the one who will guide you the best”. Hamza expects an obvious YES from Alex. But Alex tried to say: what if my creator wanted to guide me to a bad place? Then the answer is NO. Hamza should listen better before expecting people to accept his point of view. Repeating the question and telling him why god guides the best, asking him to not think about religions, telling him you make it easy for him etc… while you didn’t even understand why he couldn’t say YES, makes it hard for him to listen and enjoy a conversation.

For me, this is one of Hamza's most beneficial talks (I won't call it a debate). Thanks to Luke's candor. Admitting ignorance takes courage. The only problem with Luke is that he is approaching Islam with the same skepticism that atheists usually approach Christianity; he needs to understand that Islam is not another religion in the sense of catholic theocracy. Islam is a framework inextricably linked to human experiences such as politics and history. He needs to stop being arrogant and use his head, as Hamza suggested. It's sad how some people ignore what's best for them in the name of pride and prejudice.

Notes to self: 1) Why can't relative truths exist as well as absolute truths? An example of an absolute truth would be the moon landing. An example of a relative truth would be two friends starting to argue because of their character or feelings (so not about anything objective), and they both think they're right in the scenario. Is it really possible to say one of them is right and the other is wrong? For example, A talks loudly because he's usually relaxed and extroverted. B talks quietly because he's more introverted. In conversations with their friends, A often prevails over B, despite B not liking that. B tells A he should talk more quietly. They both think "the other guy is a douche". We can't say that it's either A or B that's a douche here. It's a very subjective situation. 2) Another possible option Hamza might've missed as an explanation for the angel vision is certain substances that would create that hallucinogenic effect. Because that way he would only experience hallucinations when he consumed the substance, but otherwise he would be a normal man. Of course I don't believe that, but it is worth thoroughly refuting.

May ALLAH bless brother Hamza and his contributions in da'wah. Aameen! I would like to provide constructive feedback from this conversation: 1. Our objective is not to convince people. Islam is self-evident. The message itself is the truth. All we need to do is present those proofs on the table and then let them decide. It is not healthy to make it into a debate mode. Luke did not come here to debate. 2. The First Call of The Prophets is establish Tawheed and warn people against shirk. Establishing the Prophethood of Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wassallam comes afterwards. This is the methodology of The Prophets and it should be done in steps. The Shahadah consists of 2 statements: La ilaha illallah Muhammadar Rasoolullah. There are 3 things that da'wah must be conveyed: A. Tawheed B. Risalah: Messengership of Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wassallam. C. Akhirah: Afterlife If there is no Tawheed, then da'wah is rejected. 3. The most crucial statement in this video was when Luke said, "Islam is the only one that makes sense to me, but I don't believe in Islam". He was upon his fitrah. This would have been the best opportunity to unpack and find out why. Unfortunately this was overlooked. 4. We should be gentle and come across non-confrontational when conveying the message of Islam. To say Luke is out of his depths is inappropriate. Everyone is intelligent enough to know Islam is the truth if it was presented properly, but on the contrary it wasn't. Ultimately it is ALLAH who guides whom He Wills, but we should be concerned whether our da'wah is in line with The Qur'an & The Sunnah and we should all evaluate our intention time to time. May ALLAH guide Luke to Islam. Aameen!

Even if you find fingerprints on the cake, it doesn't mean the person who they belong to DEFINITELY made the cake. In fact, the trick is when you make a good cake is to not leave fingerprints in the icing. If the fingerprints are on the dish, they could belong to the person who carried it in.

There’s a problem with the last argument. The creator of an AI doesn’t necessarily know more than this AI in the field where it was trained. And it’s the main goal of AI. So the creator doesn’t necessarily know better than the creation in the case of AI

Always the same. Atheist gives a valid an argument. Hamza plays a uno card with a pseudointelectual argument using a word salad. There's no rebuttal, leaving everyone (including us) confused. What was the argument in the first place with all these questions he's asking back to the atheist? Is this video proof that he's won the argument? I guess we'll never know. His fans will thumbs up, and in his own world, as evidenced by his smug smile at times, that's an "atheist owned".

Luke was a good sport, open to have a discussion. Hamza lead him to speed up the process. Unfortunately you tend to find we are too busy in our lives to truly question our existence and when there are tough questions we cannot answer, we simply box it and make an excuse invalidate the thought. Sometimes you need someone to clear the path to make you ponder in a concise way. Hopefully Luke at least uses this as a catalyst to explore his understanding. The sincere seeker of truth is never denied.
