I hate these kind of people who are greedy and are trying to rip off foreigners. Even though I am vietnamese but they'll know I am a foreigner and once a while I would get rip off too when I go to vietnam. $100k vnd was good enough. You might have offered him extra 50k. When going to vietnam, always bargain for a price if they don't put up a price tag.
