Needs to get down to light heavy

This guy has great boxing brain for someone who wasn't ranked highly in amateurs, if he dedicated himself more to boxing i could see him acheiving alot.

Solid performance but dude would be a beast at light heavy weight, A good nutritionist would get him down there easily, hes got plenty of body fat he can trim without having to sacrifice any muscle, You can tell hes got plenty of solid mass just needs to shed the excess bodyfat, If you want to take your game to the next level these are the sacrifices you have to make, When he let his hands go he was very explosive with good power was exciting to watch.

It was like watching light heavyweight vs heavyweight. Arfan i respect you could take his punches but you need to condition yourself and move down or put on muscle so that you can be active for full 12 rounds, you showed heart to take his punches and you got that punch power, you could of knocked Simon out in the latter rounds he was out on his feet but you did not have the conditioning to carry on punching those bombs. Take this as a lesson and condition your body, work hard at the gym, you have the potential but you need the hunger too.

Villy should of been discolified before the final bell for the punch he threw at the final brake ! The ref just didn't have the bottle

Arfan has shown he has a good skill set to compete with a commonwealth gold medallist. Plenty of potential and improvement

Was a terrible fight, but can definitely see this lads got some potential. Would love to see what he could do at light heavy.

the thing is its a mega weight difference 200 to 175lb... he said he can get down to 13st6lb...which 185lb and can't get lower...to me with the right fight week nutrition he would be able to drop the 11lb necessary to make weight...most of these LHW walk round at 200lb

Tbh after the ritson fight this was the best fight of the night just had all the ingredients for a slobber knocker.
