The one that voted yes, did so with heavy supervision which would have lasted for over 10 years was needed. Don't just let him out! I agree with her. We can't redo the sentence. He got a big break there, but the probation will send him back over and over. He just wants out.

I totally agree with the one parole member by saying he should be released because if the US prison system is anything like the UK, after he is served, his three-year sentence, he no longer Has to be under probation at all so yes, I agree with that one member of the parole At least his parole can keep a close eye on his movements, and to make sure he understands fully the consequences of being around minors, where he would not have that opportunity after the three years is up

she wants to grant because if he is released from straight time hes completely free. if he is paroled he has to answer to a probation officer. Her logic is, hes out in a year either way, at least if he is paraoled, they can put conditions on him. Youve done enough of these cases,. This is the reason.

A person's earnest pursuit of faith based growth can certainly help them rewire their neurology and in some cases, even heal psychological damages. So it can be a fantastic tool for change, real life redemption. BUT that is for the individual and only the individual. It should never be added as credibility to the individual by others, because unfortunately, it's so easily and so often used in an attempt to manipulate. Effectively, it should mean NOTHING AT ALL to a parole board.

They don't say "low risk" but "low risk bracket". Meaning he's in the "low" category for someone with his prior convictions. It's not "low" compared to the general population (because to be honest if you used that kind of measure nobody would ever get out of jail...). So it's not about having a PhD and understanding algorithms, more like paying attention to every word in the sentence.
