Head Position in a Baseball Swing 

Baseball Rebellion's JK Whited looks at the head position in the swing. The goal here is for the hitter to have an easy way to see if they are getting their head positioned correctly from their stance, into their load, and where it is at foot strike.
We know that this is key for a clear visual of the ball, creating space for the barrel, and helping create a positive attack angle to the ball.
