Śīrṣāsana | शीर्षासन | Headstand
“Sirsa" meaning "Head", and "Asana" meaning "Pose".
Sirsasana is the 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘀.

Avoid doing headstands if you have:
neck, shoulder, or back concerns
concerns with blood coming to your head
osteoporosis, heart condition, high or low blood pressure, eye concerns, including glaucoma.
Women who are pregnant should avoid inversions unless they’re practicing under the supervision of a yoga teacher or already have a strong headstand practice.
You should also avoid headstands and other inversion poses if you’re menstruating.
