Header#1 and Mushroom Jazz Interviews with James Lavelle, Gilles Peterson, Eddie Piller (1996) 

In 1996 a compilation title Header#1 was released as a multimedia project. The mix CD featured artists such as As One, Carl Craig, and UNKLE, and also included bonus content if you put the CD in your computer.
That same year, DJ Mark Farina released his Mushroom Jazz mix which also contained bonus interviews and CD-Rom contents.
This video collects some of the content from those CDs. The first three are from Mushroom Jazz and the last two from Header. Unfortunately, I don't have the CD anymore so I can't copy the rest.
