It was born with the help of Q-Dance events like "Qlubtempo" at Hemkade Zaandam as a crossover genre between hard trance, hard house, techno and hardcore (early hardstyle). It began to grow and around 2006 the melodic 'nu-style' came up (with pitch-kicks and less use of the reverse bass), which was the beginning of the modern hardstyle genre.

That track is on the border from Oldschool to Nustyle, as Headhunterz was the first producer who created Nustyle-Kicks. But yes, this can be seen as the beginning of early Nustylekicks. Headhunterz - Tonight is a good example too :)
Back when I was working out, I would start my early morning and workout routine with this. U get enough time to properly wake up till the first drop, then its all a breeze. Parents would hate those type of mornings though :D

would be awesome if hhz and frontliner would make a new collab. this one is pure epicness and one of the first tracks i heard, so would definately be pretty cool with a new track.
